I really like this real fruit location. It’s always very clean and their music choices are elite. The drinks always taste fresh and sweet. Their tapioca pearls are chewy in the right way how all boba should be ?✨.Jenna was such a sweetheart and very hard working. She was making drinks, cleaning and multitasking in general. I really like the vibes she gave off. Great customer service.If you go to this location, I recommend the banana & strawberry smoothie with boba pearls and whey protein (it makes it creamier) or the diamond mango slush with boba pearls and mango chunks. It is soooooo good.
Maybe if the kids behind the counter cared about doing their jobs as opposed to being on their phones, I wouldn’t have spent 20 minutes waiting for drinks we never received, and you wouldn’t have had to throw out $20 in materials because the girl mixed up the drinks while constantly checking her phone in between (despite the fact they missed our order and we were already waiting excessively). They actually asked me to “step to the side” for other people to get drinks. Why are you ten orders ahead of me and still making those faster? Newsflash, they weren’t, I just made it awkward for them to look at her phone instead of making the order we are STILL waiting for. I asked for a refund when she realized she mixed up the drinks (also extremely unsanitary— phones are hot houses for bacteria. She probably takes it to the bathroom with her. It’s ALL OVER the counters, her hands, the other guys hands, the food— that’s literally fecal matter) and I was sick of waiting. Guy immediately gave our money, and I had to wait to make sure the tip came back.Why the heck am I tipping anyway before receiving a drink? Oh yeah, cause the girl at the register is keeping her head down while I line forms at the self serve iPad. What a joke. I took my $18 refund and got frappacinos at Starbucks for $15, way better than poo drinks you have to wait 25 minutes for.If a manager reads this, you have the most egregious cell phone use behind the counter I have ever seen in my life. This girl with braces and the guy hanging out with her who issued our refund deserve to be taught to put their phones away, maybe they’ll have a fighting chance at future jobs, let alone keeping this terrible business that doesn’t care about customers or sanitary food open. When the girl with braces ignored the girl at the register asking her to start our drinks she forgot so she could look at her phone, then kept going between her phone and our drinks, then completely messed up all the powder and had to throw it out and start over because she’s so distracted by her phone, she could spit in our faces and it would be a faster way of telling us you don’t want our business.Disgusting. Would give 0 stars. If you have self respect and don’t want some child with braces’ poopy phone fingers all over your food, go somewhere else.

The staff is pretty young. They had a difficult time being organized and taking orders, in order. The wait was a bit much for our drinks and they were OK, not great. The "real fruit" vibe brought us in. We were at the mall, enjoying their kiddie area and needed something refreshing. We stopped by here for some drinks before heading out.

On 8/18/2023 6pm I went to the store with my kids because they wanted bubble tea, the staff was too busy on their phones to help me, I asked a simple question and the blonde girl with the fake eyelashes didn't want to help at all. She told me to use the kiosk to order that thing was filthy someone needs to wipe that thing down. The kiosk was very confused to order. What happened to just taking your order when you want something isn't that how business works?

The drinks were all good. We got the mango slushy with bubbles, peach slushy with bubbles, and a regular milk bubble tea. The tablet for ordering was pretty easy to use. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the person working there was busy cutting mangos, and 5 minutes after we ordered hadn't even started our order. I had to ask if he could help us, and only then did he stop chopping fruit and start our order. I understand he was busy, but help the customer first before doing other work!
