My kids and I are on our way back to New York and I stop for gas and subs. As I was paying 44$ for their food we seen 2 cockroaches crawling on the counter. Absolutely disgusting. The food ended up in the trash.

This location staff doesn’t know to speak English I asked simple questions your online doesn’t shows complete menus items rather responding me back they just says huh.!What should I think that huh means. Worst staff they didn’t had good customer service. I had difficult time for my order.. not going back again.

I was driving up to Connecticut and part of the trip included a trek through New Jersey via the Garden State Parkway. I was quite hungry, so I decided to stop off at this Subway for a bite to eat. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar. This Subway is located inside of a gas station, so there are quite a few visitors. There is not much parking, so unfortunately, I had to park off of the side of the road. Furthermore, once inside this gas station, I was surprised to see a few examples of customers and employees not wearing masks. This is dangerous because we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, I had to wait in line at this Subway for at least 20 minutes. One customer behind me noted "what are they waiting for the lettuce to grow on the farm." I ordered a steak and cheese on flatbread, which was satisfactory, but not worth the long wait. One of the benefits of Subway is that it's supposed to be fast. Also, I bought a Coke from the gas station and realized that it appeared it was actually opened ahead of time. Very disgusting and a waste of money. Altogether, the wait is very long at this Subway. If you ever stop off here, I recommend you come during off-hours or be prepared to wait.

I'd like to give them 0 stars. They gave a women's restroom that has 3 stalls but only one works. When I ask them to service it he comes towards the restroom. Finally I give up waiting and he walks away as if the problem gas gone away. What an awful service!!!
