Ordered 2 Wake-up Wraps, Iced Tea And Hashborows, First off they Stuffed Both Wakeup Wraps in the Same Little wax paper Bag?? Jammed on Mangled inside the Wrapper, When I go to Eat The wrap There is a Long strand of BLACK HAIR, 3 Indian Ladies working this day all have long black hair so it 100%Sure as hell did not come from me, The Has browns Tasted freezer burn and dried out, then you want to remake my food under the same unsanitary conditions, Use a hair net, then you are grabbing coffee pot handles with the same gloves you are handling credit/debit cards with, and going over to prep food?? this location is a dump avoid it

The owner was so insanely rude. I did a mobile order and submitted as I pulled into the lot. At the window the owner told me not to do that. I asked her what is the difference if I order through the speaker or on my app? She continued to give me an attitude. I will never go back here again. I used to come every morning for my coffee a few years ago until they started messing it up 6 out of the 10 times. Rude rude rude!!!

I ordered online & they couldn’t find my order after I had waited 10min behind a car with 5 people who all got drinks & food. They refused to give me my coffee I already paid for & said to drive back around again & wait again. I told them no & she screamed at me saying I was holding up the line & I need to give them 5 minutes when I order online to give them enough time to make it…. ???? What’s the difference if I pull up without a pre ordered online order!!! The one woman insisted on arguing with me while another just made my coffee.

People were nice enough and service was pretty quick. However, the food was disgusting. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. I drove a little ways off before taking my first bite and it was TERRIBLE. The croissant tasted both stale AND like plastic. I think that's a new one for me, usually it's an either/or. I took one more bite and almost spit it out, the plastic flavor was SO prominent. I had to throw it away after that, but the plastic flavor lingered in my mouth, making me sad.They also over sugared my coffee, so there was that.Overall, a bad experience and a waste of money. It's a shame because there was a big banner on the outside of the building, proclaiming the "Grand Re-opening!" Maybe just a speed bump as they get re-established, but whatever the cause, they need some better quality control, stat.

Most horrible Dunkin Donuts! I don't go there once in a blue moon because the food and service is terrible. However it is the closest to my job. I went there early this morning because I was hungry and the food was burnt! When I told them, they made me pay for the burnt hash browns I ordered. Customer service and food is horrible. I work in customer service and this is absolutely horrifying. Every time I go my experience gets worse and worse.

I don't like to give 1 stars but the last time I visited this location the man at the drive thru could not understand me. Owner of the store must have given his family friend a job without actually making sure he can speak English. Sorry guys, we're in America, you need to hire people who can speak and understand English.

Avoid this dunkin. Food isn’t great. Orders wrong. They have no idea what they are doing. Noble order for a sandwich and cold drink took them 30 minutes. 3 people to do one order and still wrong.
