My kids and I had such a great experience there! The owner and staff are super friendly, my kids love their Mother Earth flavor, and salty caramel coffee is my favorite along with cherry vanilla! Spotted all kinds of ice cream cake in the freezer, definitely will come back!

I absolutely love the cakes and ice creams. I used to live union city and trying to find an ice cake was extremely hard. When moving out here and I saw that their was a carvel I was like a little kid. Very professional extremely nice employees and always willing to help. Recommend them 100 percent. Great ice cream cakes and great prices

The owner was very nice and she made sure she got my order correct! We had a nice conversation and showed great customer service!! Will definitely be coming back!!The ice cream is great! Well flavored the toppings are all great as well with lots to choose from!! Would highly recommend for those ice cream cravings:)

I visited the place tonight at around 10:10 pm. The lady at the counter as soon as I parked my car locked the door. Rude..very very rude…to be honest, this is the worst carvel i have ever been to..the company or the franchise should definitely take some action against these rude employees.

Don't have to worry about me or my family coming here again cashier was very rude and didn't listen when asked for a cone she gave a cup then caught attitude both times Need to get new workers in here .

Carvel is supposed to be a happy place, but my experience was sad, unpleasant. I’m surprised about it. I walked in with my family and we were not greeted by the attendant at all. In fact she looked like she was annoyed we were there. She rolled her eyes at us and acted too busy to help us. We stood there for a couple minutes before the other two girls came out from the back to help us. I didn’t get her name, but she is Caucasian with long, dark brown, wavy hair, pulled back in a ponytail. She was very rude. Also, seemed like the other two girls working with her, feared her. She should be spoken to, it’s costing your business! It may be nice to work on customer service training! I will never return there again, nor will my family.Saturday evening 5/6/23.

I love Sundaes, and this place has an the right toppings, and more importantly, the staff knows how to put together a good sundae consistently from one visit to the next. Love the available flavors too. It's a few minutes further than other options, but the sundae being just right is well worth it for me.
