Visited the restaurant for the first time on Easter Sunday with family. My experience from the moment I walked in being greeted by Joe, to the appetizers, main course & dessert was outstanding! What took me so long to get here!! Food was so delicious, the staff was excellent, just a perfect experience ‼️
Fabulous Friday long lunch at Francesco's in Woodland Park. Food was just terrific and the service even better. A glass of wine and warm bread served with a special classic olive oil dip to start and a choice of entrees that is second to none. Could not have asked for a better meal and service. All in all a wonderful experience and very enjoyable lunch. We will be back again and again.
Impeccable is the best word to describe the food and service at Francesco's, My husband and I had our first visit a couple of weeks ago and were so blown away that we picked Francesco's to celebrate his and his twin sister's birthday this weekend. What a meal! The flavors were spot on and there was a lot of moaning going on at our table. The servers were AMAZING. They were so knowledgeable about gluten (my brother-in-law) and even recommended a gluten free restaurant in the area. We felt so welcomed by the owner and the entire staff. This is our new go-to and we are committed to becoming"regulars"!

Our reservation was at 7:00 pm we were immediately greeted and seated upstairs the atmosphere was very nice and their was an upstairs service bar that all the drinks were great. We had appetizers, dinner and dessert with exspresso Martin all the food was excellent. Our server was exceptional along with the maitred . Thank you for everything ❤️

little to no ambiance. when you walk in you are greeted the kitchen. High windows reminds m of a factory. And the whole mess overlooks the Passaic River. Good wine selections. We very much enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco at $33. Our party of four on an unbusy Sunday afternoon ordered 3 different appetizers: I ordered the mozzarella, tomato, olive, roasted red peppers and I think it was roasted thin sliced eggplant @ $14. Stuffed mushrooms 4 for $12. Third appetizer was the straccatelle soup that was most enjoyable. One entree was the salmon heaped with crab. A decent portion. Another entree was the stuffed flounder that was excellent. Third diner ordered the chicken piccata, again a good portion well prepared. I ordered the zuppa di peace. Again a large portion over thin fettuccini. Sauce was light and delicious. None of the entrees were overwhelmed by garlic. At first the macaroni was a little too undercooked, but miraculously got more edible. The shrimp and mussels and few clams were properly cooked. The scallops were undercooked, mushy in the mouth. Three of us enjoyed decent cup of coffee. I was the only one for dessert and the affogata was perfect. I wanted to try several of the desserts. A pleasant afternoon of conversation and an overall good dinner. With the 20% tip for pretty good service the bill was $280 for 4.

Food was excellent. Portion size was good, food was very fresh, wait time was minimal for a freshly prepared meal, and service was prompt. Restaurant will get a bit noisy when crowded, but tables are spaced well to avoid it being an issue.

Francesco's is a real keeper. Felt like we were transported to an intimate cafe in Italy. They have so many delicious menu options & specials to choose from. The double veal chop was so tender, no knife was needed to cut it. My assorted seafood dish was fresh & innovative & exceptionally delectable. Other members of our party were wild about the short ribs and stuffed salmon. The service was impeccable and they permit you to make substitutions which I have found to be non-existent in other restaurants. The desserts were creative and plentiful. Francesco's has a full service bar but do not miss the specialty cocktails. My favorite was the gingerbread martini. The staff is just so aiming to please which in today's environment I find very refreshing. One of the owners, Joe, made it a point to stop by our table. I rate Frrancesco's a 10 +++++.

This is our once a week take out spot sometimes twice. The food always arrives hot best delivery's guys out of any where in Edison the food is to die for my personal favorite is custom I order a cheese steak without cheese on garlic bread and a side of sauce for dipping . It's a must try!!! All there dinners are huge and the best quality cheese I could go on and on just try it I promise it's the best in jersey
