I usually come to this location and every time there was a short blonde lady who was always rude. I ended up going to the one in Clifton because their customer service was better. I started coming back to this location two weeks ago and haven't seen her once since then the customer service has been excellent. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. This is easily one of my favorite Popeyes i have been to. I recommend many people here because of the excellent customer service i have only had one issue since then where an item was missing and Samuel corrected it for me easily and without trouble all and all this location will always have my loyalty and my money.

What a polite group of young men. They were helpful in picking sauces and the food was tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy had lots of gravy. My butterfly shrimp were tasty, the tenders and the popcorn shrimp were all eaten up (must have been tasty). Yummy mac n cheese, too.

Customer service is completely horrible.they charge for sauce, and when i bought 6 biscuits, they gave me two packs of honey and told me that's all they can give i bought the 24 piece chicken and they only gave 1 sauce. Then when i did not want to use my card for the small change im about to pay for the sauce and payed in quarters the manager wish was serving me at the window became extremely annoyed and even over charged me

The lines can get long, and there might be only 3 people working in the store at times but they are all hard workers doing their hardest every day.My favorite Popeyes employee is the best part of my lunch break. She's always polite, efficient, and under paid. I don't know your name but you know my order by heart. Nasty unfriendly staff, all 5 of my visits in the past 2 months have been the same at the drive through. I love this chicken but I hate being treated so unfairly and with such contempt. I asked if manager was there and window was slammed closed and staff laughed at me.
