Was doing a little Ranch 1 tour while in Jersey, and it knocked it out of the park. Got the wrap that got me through law school...and it did not disappoint. Service was great and parking was ample. My only disappointment is that there aren't more Ranch 1's to check out.

Haven't been to this location in a long time so decided to try it. There were about three different parties waiting and no one was at the front. When the gal finally did come she apologized and sat the party in front of us. Then the manager came and said there was only one server that day and the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. The party behind us left since they had small children. We had no problem with the wait and Kat was our waitress, well she was everybody's waitress. LOL. Had to give her props, she did an excellent job. Our question was why didn't the manager help out? Maybe that's not the way they do things there but we felt a little sorry for poor Kat. But she was at her sweetest and most efficient self despite waiting on all the tables so she should be commended for that.

In the 90's Ranch One was THE BOMB. It was THE BEST chicken sandwich in NYC. Living in NJ the last 16 years, I thought there were no Ranch Ones here. I will NOT spend my money at Chik-Fil-A, so, no chicken sándwiches sandwiches for me.Then, while taking a little trip down memory lane, I decided to Google it and I saw that there IS a Ranch One on 46, SO CLOSE to my house!! Why didn't I know?I called and ordered for my family, and the employee on the phone (Hector) was SUPER friendly and SUPER helpful. My husband went to pick it up. The chicken was every bit as delicious as I remember, it was the best salad I've had in a year, and it was SO MUCH FOOD that we put away a ton for the next day. And it's perhaps the cheapest place that we've gotten takeout in a long time.Small drawback: the menu says they sell chicken-by-the-piece (breast, wing, thigh...) but they actually don't any longer. A bit disappointing for me because over the years I developed celiac and I can't have a sandwich. But I had a grilled chicken salad, no biggie, it was delish.Bigger drawback: the sign does not say "Ranch One" on it. It took my husband a very long time to find it, and we had to call them for help. There's picture of the exterior on Google Maps, showing a Blimpie's sign above and a Ranch One sign below (not the usual company logo, just the words), but the "Ranch One" part of the sign is gone now. When you see the Blimpie's sign, that's the ranch one (like when Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins are in the same store).

We used to bring our family here often but, after not coming here for several years and entering again for the first time in a long time, I was disappointed. We visited on Sunday 10/18/20 at around 3:30 pm so whoever was the lady at the front door should be retrained immediately! This lady was so damn rude to say the least. It was a party of 4 and we had a baby in a stroller. When asked how many of us we said 4 and she looked at us at tho we were retarded and looked down at the stroller and re-asked the same question in a rude manner! We again said 4 and a baby... she literally pointed at each one of us counting 1-2-3-4- and 5 pointing at the baby! And just walked off and just said follow me. Took us to our table and when we aked could we have a booth she ranted off stating we couldn't have a booth because we cant have the stroller at the end of the table. We asked for a high chair and she wouldn't give it to us either just kept ranting off in such a negative and rude tone. She put down 5 silver ware on the table and just walked away. Didn't explain to us that we had to scan the barcode on the table to view the menu. Literally just walked off and left us sitting with no explanations regarding the new way to order due to Covid-19. The food was absolutely bland. The re-fried beans taste and looked as though they were re-fried and re-fried several times. The food just looked like it came out the freezer and slapt on the plate and heated in a microwave. My fish tacos tasted like frozen Mr.Gordon's fish sticks the chipotle sause was missing. The whole meal was just upsetting. It was truly a waste of time and money coming here and i will 100% never, ever step foot in this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone EVER! If i were management the lady at the front should be replaced. Her manners were completely unprofessional and set the tone to an unwelcoming place.

Haven't been year literally in years. I went today basically due to seeing Groupon has a deal here. I got a roast beef on spinach wrap. Wasn't to happy. The meat didn't look right but after seeing in case all the meat was like off color. I added like onions & other stuff & sorry was very disappointed. There was no taste at all. Added a bit of salt & pepper but didn't do the trick. The employees were very friendly & professional. They were really busy during lunch time. I personally would no go back there again. That's my own opinion. Sorry blimpie....

This is a Ranch*1 and Blimpie in a shared location. The food was a bit different than all of the other Ranch*1s that used be around NYC. The fries were different and the bread was different (maybe because of Blimpie?) The classic grilled chicken came with lettuce, tomatoes and roasted red pepper sauce on it already (instead of just Romaine lettuce and sliced almonds) and it did not taste like it was marinated with the classic recipe. It was still good, just not what I had expected.
Wow What a great location I love these guys that work here they are super friendly, Best of all they give you lots of meat for your money. Subway and Jersey Mike No comparison To Blimpie

Made a quick late lunch stop here on my way to the home depot. Store was very clean I must say and the employees were very welcoming and nice. I was greeted upon walking in by both employees. I eat at blimpie ever so often and this is the 1st one I ever went too that the bread was thin enough that it didn't need to be scooped out ( I still had it scooped out a little anyway, my way of fake dieting lol :-( . I dined in and as I'm typing this review employee just asked "how is everything so far?" Great customer service!

I ordered a Southwestern Chicken Salad on Monday, 2/5/18 at 12:35 (the time I called it in). I arrived at the store around 1:10 pm, paid for my food and left. When I got to work I noticed that there was no chicken in my salad so I called Ranch One to notify them about the small problem. The guy that answered the phone barely spoke English and gave the phone to a young lady, I then explained the situation to the young woman on the phone and she said "Lady Lady I don't know what to tell you then hung up the phone." I kindly went back to Blimpies/Ranch One and demanded my money back. The guy apologized but told me to get over it because you people always complaining. I told him to keep his apology and that his service is horrible and when I was walking out he said Wow is that someone with a degree supposed to act? Mind you I NEVER said anything about me having a degree at all but he decided to go there which is fine because I possess 2 degrees that I'm proud to have but I ignored his behavior and walked out. So when I counted my money outside it was $7.42 so I turned right back around to get the rest of my money. He yelled at me and said where's your receipt?! I showed him my online banking and it said Purchase Ranch One Paterson NJ $9.52. He slammed $2.50 on the counter so I said place the money in my hand. He said no you pick it up since you people are used to picking stuff up off the floor. So course I went off on the guy in which he and the other workers did not have any name tags on. As I was walking out the second time, he was on the phone with the police (so he says and tried to take a picture of me) and he said that I am no longer welcomed back which is perfectly fine. The service there was horrific, I left upset, hungry and disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen but he did not have to be rude about it at all. I have many friends, family and colleagues that have eaten there and have had problems with the same gentleman that was being disrespectful. I'm hoping he's not the manager because if he is he can be detrimental to your store located in Paterson, NJ.

You know what's worse than have a cheat meal right after a great workout day? Having a CRAPPY cheat meal experience after a great workout day. Peep this... So I decided to trek a half mile away to Ranch One to snag a little cheat meal. I ordered the 2-Piece Fried Chicken Meal... Keyword: MEAL. I should have known to be more vigilant when I ordered the #6 and dude asked me "Would you like anything with that, like fries and a biscuit?"... I wanted to say "Negreaux... I asked for a NUMBER SIX, not 'two pieces'. Therefore, I obviously want the MEAL. The combo"... But I refrained. So he hands me my bag, and I trek home. Dude, I opened my bag in horror, to find that I only had two pieces of chicken in the box. No fries, no biscuit. Bruh. Nothing I hate more than PAYING for something, and not receiving it. Especially because I'm not one of those "Let me aggressively check my bag in the employee's face so I know I get what I ordered" kinda guys. Long story short, my cheat meal was ruined. Not to mention, the chicken was greasier than Al Sharpton's headrest. And no... GOOD fried chicken is never greasy. This was just riddled with oil. Like it either wasn't hot enough, or homie forgot to blot it or something. I'm gonna try and go again to see if I can UPdate the rating. But maybe I'll try a sammich or someting. I'm sure their grilled stuff will be better. #iShouldHaveJustHadABlimpieSammich
