Never had an issue until my last two orders. I placed an order online and had it delivered to my job as I've done a few times before. Well this time I was missing an item so I called to inform them. To start the lady was very rude and wouldn't let me talk before she started talking over me and hung up. I called back and requested a Manager to explain I was missing an item and how can we resolve it and this time she informed me that I placed the order online so it's not her fault, Inwhich the time before this I ordered ribs and 2 out of the four was just bone but I was at work so I took it as a lost but back to her she then asked if I was coming to pick it up I informed her no which is why I ordered for delivery. So pissed because I did like the food and the service was fine the many times before I used them but the rudeness these last two times is enough. Sad because I did want to use them for a holiday party but not for my co workers and I to be treated like crap.

Exactly what you'd hope for from a take out Chinese food place. I'm not too high maintenance, this place gets the job done.

I was looking for a new Chinese restaurant and decided to order from here. If you want grease there is plenty of it. I ordered boneless spare ribs well done. I received boiled (I am not sure what kind of) meat. $40 of food thrown out.

By far the BEST Chinese restaurant in Bergen County! I've been going here for 20+ years and it's always excellent!Parking: Parking is directly in front of the door.Wheelchair accessibility: Only a sidewalk curb separates the parking lot from the entrance.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years for their takeout. Until tonight it has been extremely satisfying. Our order tonight included spring rolls which were supposed to be two in a package. There was only one. It is also the first time we have ever ordered Chinese food where rice was not included. We are extremely disappointed in this.

They forgot the sesame seeds on our sesame chicken. The restaurant itself when you walk in isnt super clean tbh, but the food smells and tastes good. The lady I interacted seemed friendly.

Good service, food and portion. It's not salty at all unlike other chinese restaurants.

I have been going to this restaurant for years and it was always very good. Not any more! The best taste of anything I had tonight was the broth in the wonton soup. I heard ownership changed and so did the quality of the food. Best advice:Don't waste your money!!!

This place is legit inedible, stay away! We got a few thing, general tsao's chicken, chicken and broccoli, and beef lo mein (w/ veg fried rice). The General Tsao was soggy in the sauce and flavorless, the chicken from the chicken and broccoli was rubber, and the lo mein couldn't be cheaper. Nothing about this place is good, for your own good stay away. If refunds were a thing with food I would have requested one. We didn't even finish the food, just threw it away. The best piece of food was the fortune cookie because they don't make them....

Awful! One star is too many!

Really disappointing! They must have changed cooks or owners because the food is now not good. They egg rolls and fried wontons were so over fried and the fried rice is just yellow rice with nothing else added to it. The pork lo mein hardly had any pork. Everything tasted like peanut oil! And if you order online you are charged a 99 cent service charge. Forget this place and go to a good chinese food place.

Many years since I lived in Wyckoff and ordered from here. Nothing’s changed inside and you still get a free large bottle of soda with your order! Everything was good - the soups and the entrees. I’d come back again. Reasonable prices.
