We had an awesome family dinner for 12 people. The service was fast and always great food. Any time we come to Newfoundland we visit at least once. Bonus is we had a lot left over for lunch the next day.
Seems takeout was priority, over sit in, had ribs with my dish, just bones, no meat rice, was dried up chicken balls were fine, we were some what disappointed, our first time back since Buffalo, took out which we did enjoy.

food was ok, service was terrible, never checked on us once, waited forever for someone to bring us boxes, ended up having to go ask for some, 3 employees up sat down on their phone the whole time.

Have you been victimized by Don’s Restaurant? If so, you may be entitled to financial compensation.In seriousness, while the service was fine, the food seemed to only use salt or MSG for flavour. The fried rice was more sour than the sweet and sour chicken. The noodles lacked any seasoning at all. The chicken seemed to have a lacquer, not a sauce.I’m sure with all the positive reviews, that their food must be of a better quality or consistency than what I tasted.

Food ok but was sick to my stomach and developed migraine overnight. Must have MSG as I'm allergic and should have asked first. Thought the service was good. Bathroom could have been cleaner.
