While a favorite of my wifes, this was my first time here. Went for the wife's birthday, just a small group of five. Started with a large onion rings for the table, they were good, a little on the greasy side.The mains included a fin and feather, cod bite special, chicken fingers and poutine, 2 pc wings and fries, and a turkey mess. Stopped in for a late lunch/early supper with two other adults. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Between the three of us we ordered the Nfld pea soup, hot turkey sandwich, and 1-piece fish dinner. All three meals were delicious and I thought the portions were very large. We found the place to be clean and comfortable and would definitely eat there again given the opportunity.

I went there to pick up some takeout, I walked around sizing the place up. This is a very cozy little restaurant. The food is homemade and and second to none. The employees are very friendly and courteous. The food was ready ahead of the estimated wait time.Next time I will be dining in.
