Unless you read about it or were told you would never think of finding a great restaurant like this in a strip mall in the middle of Gander. We were so glad we had read about it. A great find. Small with only about 10 tables the. Decor is tasteful and the tables well spread out. There are also souvenirs and teas for sale. Delicious food! The scallop linguine was rich and creamy and the scallops were cooked perfectly! Took my mom out for a nice dinner and she is very picky but she loved the French onion soup. I had their specialty iced tea and it was delicious too as well as the baguette was soft and crunchy at the same time! I bought so many souvenirs for my family and friends back home too! Will definitely visit again!Vegetarian options: Vegan options for soups and vegetarian entrées offered.

The second best restaurant we went to in Newfoundland! (After mallard cottage of course).Really amazing, hearty food. Clam chowder and cod fritters were to die for, and the blueberry scallops was one of the most interesting dishes we had in Newfoundland. The tea selection and desserts were also great.
