I enjoy the coffee at McDonald's. I don't eat much fast food but when I do grab something it's a Quarter Pounder with cheese, and I haven't had a bad one yet here in Lewisporte.

Drivethru service: This is the 3rd time I have gone through the drive thru and had the same gentleman take my order. He is rude. I just left the drive thru now and was just flabbergasted at the treatment. All of these times he corrects how I say what I want. Yes i am from out of province and we just moved here so my accent is not the same although either is his so not sure how i am hard to understand. All 3 times it is the kids nugget happy meal that I want. The first time I asked for exactly that a kids nugget happy meal and got corrected to say oh you mean a 4 piece happy meal? So today I ordered a 4 piece happy meal and he asked if I wanted 4 happy meals I said no just the one so he said oh so 1 nugget kids happy meal is what you meant. Again apprently my wording wasnt perfect when ordering. then when I got the window to get my food he was talking about me to his coworkers about how I ordered and I could hear what he was saying. This happened one of the other 2 times as well where he spoke where i could hear him. It is embarrassing and very upsetting I likely won't return to this location as i have given the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times but when the SAME guy did it to me 3 times in a row I won't return. It is rude to correct how a customer speaks and then to make fun of them to coworkers while they are listening is horrible horrible customer service and you shouldn't be working with the public.

Service was fine, but they have taken the stickers off the coffee cups and replaced it with code. They have forgotten about the people who aren't into computers and only care about those who are the app doesn't work because you can't connect to their wifi because it is so weak. When I did manage to get the code up for the cashier to scan she said I was in the lineup too long and it had expired.I didn't manage to collect some points but can't use them because I can't get it to come up to redeem them. They told me I would need to buy data for my phone.I guess they are working with the phone companies.

Staff wasn't good tonight at Lewisporte location, they prepared our food for curbside pickup and we were sitting there for almost half an hour with our food sitting on the counter with no one bringing it out to us (my brother went in after 20 minutes so that's how I knew the food was sitting on the counter.)

Food was okay although, the burger was a little too cold. Service was good. However, the cleanliness was abysmal. Tables were not clean with guests using napkins to clean the tables. Some tables were not useable because of garbage left on them. The garbage can was overflowing with almost another bag load of garbage on top. Clearly a long time since it was emptied. The washroom appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. I can only hope the food prep area is maintained better than the areas used by guests,

I was watching someone in the back make my smoothie and I saw them spit in my drink. Not good service will not be returning.
I told the worker my order was wrong and they threw a steaming hot coffee at me. Will not be returning
This business has a friendly environment with very kind and polite staff, I usually only grab a coffee when I visit but my experience is always good.
