These guys are great to deal with, very friendly and very knowledgeable of their products.I've been to other wine and beer making supply stores and have had very bad service and experiences.Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for quality product and the the product knowledge to go with it.- Craig K. Kind and friendly staff who are genuinely concerned about quality of product. My hubby washed my bottles with dish soap by mistake, the workers noticed and went out of their way to sanitize the bottles. We had a friendly chat and I had a great time. In addition to great staff they have lovely product. I am a loyal customer. 10/10
