“This morning I went as soon as they opened and I ordered a blizzard.. I know… annoying right ??? Who eats ice cream first thing in the morning??? The man informed me he had to check to see if they could do that as they just cleaned the machine. He then told me it would be around 5 minutes if I wanted to wait. I work restaurant customer service.. he did not have to do that. He could’ve came back and told me the machine is a no go yet, but he didn’t. Ive been having a rough morning, thank you for still letting me get my blizzard :)“

“Yesterday was my daughter's birthday , I had a cake order placed elsewhere and when I picked it up it was done wrong I was so disappointed and so upset , I of course was In panic mood not having the right cake I wanted for my daughter's birthday I called diary queen and the lady was so kind & patient and the most helpful to deal with the cake decorated she had took all my info send me pics by text which was so convenient by the way lol. She got my daughter's cake made in a quick timely matter and it was the right cake i wanted for my little princess 3rd birthday!Thank you so much it just goes to show how much of great service diary queen topsail road has to offer ? ? ❤️Thanks so much again ☺️“

“We went here yesterday evening, the place wasn’t busy. We ordered our meal, the young lady said take your seat and she would bring it to us. The food served was hot and fresh. When we were done another young lady came and took away the trays for us. The value for the money is great. I only wish we could get service like this at the Portugal Cove RD DQ“

“Dairy Queen is a personal favorite of mine, I love their blizzards, and they're always generous with the toppings/filling.This location in particular is a little busy sometimes, but they're quick, so you won't be waiting too long.I did have a little trouble last time I dropped by, we ordered a misty float (slushie with ice cream), but they gave us -- and charged us -- for a misty freeze (just a slushie, no ice cream). Although it was dissapointing, it was still yummy, and it only ever happened once.Luckily, it's not often their ice cream machine is broken, and they have new flavors every now and again which are always amazing.I've also had their chicken and fries, the chicken is absolutely amazing and the fries are good, but nothing crazy. They have a deal on sometimes that makes it more than worth your money.The staff is really sweet too, I know it's policy but they flip your icecream upsidedown and most importantly are very polite.“
