The cookie is decent. Not outstanding or anything. But DEFINITELY WAY WAY OVERPRICED. 3.5 dollars for a cookie that tastes same as something out of a Sobeys is too much.

I’m a huge fan of Craig’s Cookies in Toronto so when I saw them in St. John’s where my brother lives I thought what a wonderful idea to send him for his birthday today! I ordered on skip the dishes and wrote a note asking if the store could possibly personalize a message for him on the box. I didn’t really expect anyone to even notice a note as most of notes my orders for online food in Ontario are completely ignored but not only did the staff of the St. John’s Craig’s do so, they even did it in calligraphy! The unmatched deliciousness of Craig’s cookies meets the unmatched hospitality Newfoundlanders!

Staff's mood visibly changes towards customer who do not tip. Newfoundland and Labrador ranks 7th in Canada for poverty. Our dollar does not stretch the way it used to. I've saved up some coin after having life and all if its expenses drain my bank account week after week. I decide to use that extra coin to support a local business and am made to feel undeserving because I won't be able to tip on top of the 4 dollar cookies? Keep the dirty looks to yourselves and be thankful anyone chooses to spend their money with you.

Sooo delicious. I had one-okay, 2-honestly, 3-yesterday, and they were all amazing.
At $3.50/cookie, the cookies are disappointing. Not bad but they aren't outstanding by any means. The butter tart cookies tasted nothing like butter tarts (I've had many a butter tart) but more like a chocolate chip cookie. The apple pie cookie was fine. Not bad, not great. Frankly, I've had much better cookies for less. Save your money y'all.

Craigs cookies employees love high thieving from their customers. It makes their cookies oh so much more scrumptious. Yes, all of your cookie ideas they will make you give them with their steer and then sell that cookie to St. John’s (home of the most high thefts in the world). It’s so much fun being dictated. You should try it!

After visiting a few craft breweries we popped in to get some cookies to munch on back in the room. Oh, my. They were delicious. I would say even better than grandmother's (sorry) Lots of flavours.

These cookies are spectacular! I’m literally still eating it and had to write the review. 3 of us went in on a whim and we each got 2 different kinds (one of us got 4 different kinds) All of them were hands down 11/10! The cookies were all so fresh, soft and delicious. Also the store smelled fantastic! The cookies tasted like Craig took your favourite childhood memory then carefully and lovingly baked that magic right in, each one special just for you. You take a bite and you’re instantly 11, holding your puppy for the first time, heart so filled you can’t speak. Pretty sure Craig is a Wizard and I’m here for it. Craig’s Cookies is open from 10am till 10pm-every day! Crazy. There was a line at 7:30pm. We’re staying at the Sheraton, it’s worth staying here just to be close to the cookies. I’ll put that in their review as well - book for the view, stay for Craig’s Cookies. I’m currently enjoying a Mars one, it’s the best cookie I’ve ever tasted. Go get a cookies, you’ll never be the same, in the best way possible.
