Exactly what I would expect from a Newfoundland pub as someone from the west coast! The live music gave a great atmosphere

Pretty nice place, with live music on Friday Evening. Not crowded and the beers are very nice. They have draught Guiness and the local IPA the Day Boil is such a nice beer. ?

The place was a mess, the women's bathroom was dirty, broken up and actually unsafe. The staff became aggressive when the regulars complained about the event that Erin's pub set up and knew everything that was happening. The staff even told us that we aren't allowed to flush the toilet, as the water pressure was too low and he was installing "anti-snortable" surfaces as too much coke has been done at there.Overall such an uncomfortable experience and I won't be back.

Great place to stop in for a drink. The atmosphere is incredible, live music happens often and is always fantastic. My go to spot in St. John’s, can’t be beat!

Not a pub. It's a VLT racket. Actually listened to the proprietor speak before a performance about the cheap and superficial things he's doing to prevent fentanyl use, virtue signalling his concern about addictions in the city while in the same breath hoping to make as much money as he can on alcohol sales and VLTs. Hypocrisy is never a good look. VLTs were totally distracting during the performance. Had one overpriced beer (from a mediocre selection) and left.

The live Irish music was amazing here and the atmosphere was great too!
Our first pub that we came to in St. John's. After a long day of traveling, this was very welcoming. They had live music, friendly bar tenders and a nice pub feel. Right on the main drag on Water Street. Another cool thing about St. John's is they shut several blocks down of Water Street so people could stroll safely with no car traffic.

Listened to Jazz on a Wednesday night. Rosie the bartender made me a Christmas shot for my birthday. I forgot what is in it. Ask her.

We stopped at one bar and after 20 minutes and still no drinks we left.We happened upon this bar and went inside. It was empty but, the AC was blasting. There were 2 ladies behind the bar and they were so sweet and friendly. We had a couple of drinks and headed to our ghost tour. After it ended we came back to finish our night. We will definitely be back when we make it to NL again.

I gave the food 2 stars as there is no 'not applicable '. We didn't have food, but the atmosphere was authentic Newfoundland pub with live music. So fun!
