I dont go here often, but every time I have gone to this location, it's always been great! Food is great even if their pop machine is properly mixed and the pop isn't diluted (which unfortunately happens to a lot of fast food locations). The staff there are also great.

THE WORST EVER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, EVER!So, these guys were advertising buy one get one offer on their buckets on skip the dishes. I had friends over and thought this might be a nice treat for them. So I ordered a 14 pieces bucket worth over $50. They delivered just one bucket! I did not get the buy one get one bucket! This is so embarrassing, I am writing this review while I am still short a bucket I was supposed to receive, and a house full of hungry people.Called KFC and they are offering me to come to their store and they will give me the missing bucket, I mean what kind of stupid offer is that? If I had a car and the ability to go to their store then why would I order on skip? This is just beyond ridiculous service. You forgot to properly fulfill my order so you should take steps to fix the issue, why should I spend my money and time to rectify your mistakes?Skip customer service is as always pathetic. The agent I was chatting to said we are sorry, please wait while I check the issue and then after leaving me waiting they left the chat! I still have not found a solution from them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!STAY AWAY FROM SKIP! NIGHTMARE SERVICE!

Poor service and extremely slow. Waited 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich combo and chicken finger/popcorn chicken combo. When we finally received our food, I requested two dipping sauces. The smug individual behind the counter informed me I was only entitled to one. Very odd and disappointing behaviour. Glad I didn’t need napkins or cutlery.

Stay away. The chicken is soggy with grease and the skin looks pale and translucent. Things happen sometimes but it’s the fourth time I have gotten real poor quality chicken from this particular KFC. Never again. Food is so expensive so it’s a slap in the face when it’s low quality like this. Save your money. Stay away.

The meals we just picked up (about 5 p.m on June 5, 2023) from KFC on Stavanger Drive, St. John's, NL, were the very worst chicken we have ever had anywhere. The fries were ok, as I asked for fresh fries. But the 5 pieces of chicken were so left over and so dried up that the coating came off in flakes and the chicken pieces under the coating were so dried up that they had turned colour. Totally inedible. I was going to go back with it but it was too far to go after just getting home (10-minute drive). I tried calling the number on the website for that location, but continually got a busy signal. So I gave up. The poor old Colonel is rolling over in his grave. I have been saying quite often that the chicken is not very good there but foolishly keep going back. But this trip was my absolute last.

Ordered online to have delivered to hotel nearby, paid for it online and was given a specific time for delivery and after being an hour late I decided to call them and was told the driver never showed up to pick up my order. He said he could call another driver to see if they could pick it up. I said forget it just give me a refund and I will eat somewhere else and he told me he could not give me a refund.Moral of the story is try to avoid paying for stuff online as much as possible because once they have your money its pretty much impossible to get it back. Doesn't say much for KFC now does it.I will not only stop shopping at this store but will never buy KFC ever again.

2 for 2! This is now my second time visiting this KFC in about a month. Both times were slow, the food was cold or soggy, and the service was miserable. Last time, I filled in a review using my receipt and "requested a manager callback" due to the poor service; they never called. I thought I'd give them another shot because typically, you can't go wrong with a big crunch but with this location - you can. I'd even recommend not ordering through skip/door dash etc. through this location becuase it's just bad. I won't be back.

Horrible service. I have gone there twice in the last few weeks and both times I and the other people in the lineup are being completely ignored. The workers go back and forth from the kitchen to the desk putting online orders into the register. The people who are there right in front of them are IGNORED with no explanation or even eye contact. I love KFC but will never go to this establishment again!!! Suggest you do the same!!

I have gone there a few times over the years and my family has always enjoyed the food that we have purchased. The staff have been extremely helpful and we have always been treated well when we have been there. The place is always clean and bright and a great location since it is fairly close to work and home.

Ordered a 2 piece with drink for 10.79, asked for wings only. Was told it was $2 extra as it wings are white meat. Got 2 of the smallest wings I have ever seen. I'm not kidding when I say that these two wings did not equal the size of one normal size wing. Last time KFC, last time. Total rip off

Never try to order delivery from the website, The store do not have any driver and they just don't care. you spend 5.99 for the delivery fee and they choose to give it to skip driver, so if you want order food, just use skip instead of KFC APP,Took forever to get your food and they all gone cold. Location is killing me and no service
