I dislike this location very much. I go here because I like Mr. Sub and it is close to my house. I order through the app, pick up and I always leave a tip, 15%. From my impression I don't think they like the fact I leave a 15 % tip, guess they want more. Therefore from here on out, I will order inside and leave no tip.

I’ve been going to this Mr. Sub since elementary school. My grandmother would pick me up on lunch and give me a $5 bill and I’d walk in and get a sub. Very nostalgic location. I wish there were more Mr. Sub’s around because I like it more than Subway.

I just left the store on Ropwalk Lane in St. John’s. I always go to that store and had great service but this evening I ordered the same sub as I always due, a pizza sub with extra cheese and no veggies. I ordered 2 because I had a free sub on my rewards card. I ended up paying over $22 because I got charged $2.39 for each extra slice of cheese even on my free sub. That was over $9.00 plus tax. I normally pay around $13 for a sub. So much for a free sub

I just had the *best* Chicken Parm sub from the Ropewalk location tonight. The team did not have the standard chicken patties but were able to do grilled instead. Best tasting sandwich I've had in years!Parking: Ample parking, located in an area with a large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking next to entrance .

Was a regular customer until a bizzare encounter. Went last month, the sandwich artist was high or having a mental breakdown. I asked him politely to pack my footlong subs into two bags seperately as I always do and he just shouted at me, told me to f off and threatened to call police if I did not leave. There was one more friendly customer at the time who supported me but the server was just too zoned out. I have not had such a disgusting experience ever. There hiring practices surely are lacking that they can allow such an obnoxious person to work in customer service. Would not be going there ever. They lost a loyal customer.Edit- He did not provide any receipt, he did not let provide the option to scan my card for availing points as he had started having hallucinating problems by then.

Spotlessly clean, neat and friendly staff. A very nice young woman made my sandwich perfectly to order, and was courteous and customer-focused. Delicious sandwiches! A fantastic sub shop, the equal or better to any of its competitors.

There aren’t many Mr Sub around St John’s anymore. This is a good one. The lad working there is terrific. Good service, pleasant, accommodating and chatty. I felt very welcome so I ate in the restaurant. He’s very hardworking. He cleans while he’s not serving. His smile made our day.The cold cut sub is way better than the Subway’s. I’m giving this place a solid 5-star.

I am a continuous customer of Mr. Sub ropewalk lane. It is my favorite location!. My sub is always made perfect and the staff are always so pleasant and obliging. Always a great experience. Please never change your buttermilk ranch. The best ranch around!
