Poor service. I ordered breaded chicken with fried rice. Was given regular chicken. When I asked they told me I would have to pay for another meal. The man who Served me was very rude and said he thought it was regular chicken.

The Pad See Ew seems to be disgustingly sweetened for some reason and too much sauce was added. I could not finish it. For a fast food chain, it's expensive.

Tried to order on line, and I wasn't able to it kept saying my email address wasn't real. Then I called to order and explain to them about there site, which there site says they deliver till 9:30pm this was only 8:00pm, the gentleman that answered didn't want to know anything about what just happened and then told me they don't deliver after 8:00. I guess it's Pizza tonight.

Quality of the food seems to have gotten less recently. I ordered medium spice pad Thai. There was no onions or bean sprouts. Just noodles and tofu. And it definitely was not medium. Overall very lackluster. Will choose a more flavourful place or dish in the future.

The wait line is absolutely ridiculous! Had to wait 10mins to have my order taken and 35 mins for my order to be made. The food was good. But they need to do something about the waiting time!

This is the best option for food if you’re in the Avalon Mall food court. Made fresh in front of you, and it is delicious.. General Thai, Chicken dumplings, cake in a box… Yes please!
