Our waitress was phenomenal. She made the experience so enjoyable. Friendly prompt and detailed ....she made sure she took care of our table very well. Food was disappointing... prices have increased yet some things such as the bacon wrapped scallops have been impacted by shrinkflation.... Typically 6 was a serving and now there are only five. A $200+ meal that was probably worth $75 at best. I will think hard before I visit the Keg again

One of my party had mobility issues and I put that on the reservation. Our table was as far away from the door as possible. I asked if they knew of my request. They said no one read that part of the online booking Food was good, service was good but that part fell short of my expectations

My medium well prime rib was too well done - not a sign of pink. Similar experience as one of fellow diners. Probably should have sent it back to the kitchen in hindsight but did not want to wait

We go to the Keg alot. This visit was not good. In and out in an hour. Just done appetizers when entree arrived. Too fast. We asked for medium steaks. Under done. Too much blood on plate as well. We did not complain. Will think hard before returning.

It was my daughters birthday and I thought it was nice that they brought her a piece of cake, when I got home and thought to look at my bill, they had charged me $12. Disappointing to say the least.

Food was great as always! No wait time for seating, appropriate times for apps/entrees/deserts. Our server Shae was polite, knowledgeable and very sweet! Made the experience that much better.

We were seated on time. Our waiter/ server Ciana or Sienna was fantastic. She was so attentive to our needs. She would always walk past our table, never to interrupt, but to make sure we were doing okay and available to us. We are long term customers of the keg and have only complained only once about the food and never about our servers. But I have to say our server Ciana, or Sienna went over and beyond . Please let her know how wonderful she is. In this world it takes a lot when dealing with the public. Thank you Keith and Colleen Field.

Please take this as constructive criticism hopefully to improve keeping the customer updated on their wait time as to when the meal will be served . It was a very busy Friday evening and our waiter tried his best but in my opinion was serving to many tables at one time (through no fault of his own I'm sure) therefore making it difficult giving updates, checking on how we were doing or if we needed or wanted anything. We were asked when he took the plates off our table which was quite some time in between the bread, appetizers , and especially the meal. I did get our waiters attention and asked for a second bread while we were waiting for our meal but being so busy he must have forgotten . I think that when there are two couples, the table should receive a bun of bread per couple or at least be asked if we would like a second while we wait .... one little piece isn't enough when you are hungry. The Keg is a fabulous restaurant with top quality food and good waiters trying their best but when the staff / customer ratio is off something has to suffer. We celebrated our 49th anniversary in January but the restaurant wasn't as busy on a weekday evening and the service was amazing and efficient.... We we will definitely be coming back for more of our celebrations. We were there for two hours , 7:30-9:30 , which might be standard but it didn't flow.

We choose The Keg as a frequent place to dine. It is our usual go-to restaurant. Last night we dined there . While the food was relatively good, my husband had to send his steak back as it was under cooked. My twice baked potatoe was luke warm and usually is piping hot. On another note, the floor under and beside our table was filthy. I would have expected more as it certainly isn't a cheap place to eat.

The ambiance was great and the waiter couldn't have been better. I had a sirloin Oscar. The steak was so tough that I thought I had broken a tooth and the steak knife couldn't cut through it without considerable effort. The waiter offered to get me another steak and I accepted. The second steak was far better than the first, but was still a sub-standard piece of meat. Where is the Keg buying its meat? Try Costco, the cuts there are delicious and I can do better on my back yard BBQ than this grill where we paid 175$ for two. No alcohol was included in that price. Most disappointing.

Food was good. Took a little long to cook but there was a party of 20+ people that ordered before us so it's understandable. My steak was more closer to a m/w then a m/r but still. My only complaint really is the 20 mins wait after we should up for a reservation on time. Over all prob a 8/10 will be back

Food and service could not have been better. We both ordered the New York striploin and they were cooked to perfection, just as we asked. The server was very friendly and just the perfect amount of check ins without being over the top. Overall excellent experience.

As usual when you enter the Keg you are taken in by the whole experience. The vast dining spaces, the comfortable colors and the aroma of fresh ingredients hitting the grill. The atmosphere was moderate and the service second to none. The food was spectacular. However as we all have become, fighting and kicking, more accustomed to increasing prices it is hard to swallow inflationary effects on the enjoyment of dining out. Our quarterly visit will most likely be limited to twice a year.

Overall good quality that we expect from The Keg. (We've been regular customers for well over 20 years) Minor issue with my steak (too much fat & grizzle). They apologized - I told our weightier that we didn't want compensation, I just wanted them to know for quality control.

We visit the Keg every couple of months or so and usually always have an excellent experience. Last night was exceptional. The service, the food, the drinks, everything was perfect. I had packed up half of my meal to take home (I was too full after a delicious appetizer and strawberry daiquiri) and later realized I left my food on our table. I called back and the service I received was outstanding. Guest service is everything, and The Keg is a true example of top notch guest service.
