Excellent, and I mean excellent Fish, Chips, Dressing and Gravy!!! Definitely in my top 5 Fish and Chip feeds! Everything about it was on point from the batter, taste of the fish, the chips (fries) gravy was good and the dressing was flavorful.

Everytime I go to Bell Island I go to this place, amazing food. People complain they are busy but they cook there food fresh. So sometimes the wait is 20 minutes but it is absolutely worth the wait. Staff are amazing. There isn't anything on the menu I wouldn't recommend. All homemade and

During a road trip in Newfoundland in August, I stopped here with my son after visiting the mine museum, which is a must-see on Bell Island. My son and I each ordered fish and chips, along with coleslaw and a pop. While the coleslaw was too sweet for my taste, it didn't really matter, as the fish and chips were very good.Would happily come back here for dinner the next time I am in Bell Island.

Had the NL classic 2 piece fish and chips, dressing and gravy. The batter was light and crispy. The fries were very good with the savory dressing and gravy. One of the better NL classic meals! (PS. Word to the un-wise... 'fish' on the Rock always means 'cod', otherwise use its name, eg. salmon...)Parking: There was parking out front...no issues.

Great fish and chips location located on Bell Island. It is at the base of the ferry landing and has a very authentic Bell Island feel. It rustic, but that’s part of the charm.
My wife and i showed up there at just after 5pm on friday, it was quite busy, but still didnt take long to get served, we were in a party of 4 , and my wifes supper took a few more minutes to come out , but to make up for the delay there was an extra piece of fish on it . The staff is excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, it gets my vote for best fish and chips in Newfoundland

Very dissapointed, terrible service and multiple mistakes on order. All 4 adults had the same meal. Pathetic. My fathers tea showed up at the end of the meal. 30 min wait. Awful

Much better than the other places we tried to eat/drink at on the island. Helps that it was actually open too. Seemed like a typical pub.
