All staff are rude. un welcoming and disrespectful. Jason the “manager” is absolutely no help and is never actually in store. Supervisor lisa sends herself home early almost every shift. The place is only properly cleaned for inspection days. Employees vaping in the back kitchen area where food is prepared. this subway just needs to be shut down.
Visited today, Sunday July 24th..waited 20 minutes for the order only to have 5 missing veggies when I got home. I realize you are busy and it's difficult to get staff, but at least make the wait worth it!! Very stingy with everything on a combo that cost close to 20 $$There are a few very great servers who are polite and apologetic...one in particular is Kenlee

They may as well not even have a drive-thru. They don't even answer it most of the time.I've gone there a good few times in the middle of the day when they're open and sat in their drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order, I'd wait a good 5 to 10 minutes and no answer.I once caught them running off and hiding in the back as I pulled up once to order.
