My sirlion steak was ordered medium and was brought to the table well done and tough. Lesson learned, go to a real steak restaurant for steak. The whiskey bacon burger was decent & cooked medium well even though we weren't asked. Service was mediocre. Waitress seemed real busy running back and forth from the kitchen, but it didn't seem like she was accomplishing much. She wasn't carrying any food most of the time. This caused her to miss cues like low drink glasses.

Service was terrible .told waitress to forget the other plates of food but she kept going back to kitchen after 40 minutes she came out with steak burnt , green beans were black nasty . The manager come over to talk to us and made 1 plate right with

We got there are 3:35 Saturday afternoon, and apparently they only had a skeleton crew working because we had to wait 20min to be seated. The server came out right away after we got seated and took our order. He came back a few times to talk to his friends in the booth next to us.When the food came out the Asian Chicken Salad was good, according to my partner. My baby back ribs tasted okay, but Applebee's has a different definition of "so tender it falls off the bone" than I do.When we were finished, the server came out and took his friends' payment, dropping off our check along the way (but not picking up our empty plates). He came back three times bringing to-go boxes and other items to his friend's table, while totally ignoring us and the credit card sitting on our check. He came back to say good bye to his friends, and ignored my attempt to get his attention to take our payment.After another ten minutes I finally got the attention of the hostess and asked if there was any way we could pay and get out of there. She went and got our server, who came out and picked up the credit card, saying only "I'll be back in a minute".I'm not sure why he decided he didn't want our business, but his actions made it pretty clear he didn't. We'll happily accomodate him and not return here again.
Service Was just ok and the food was not very good I wanted the Oriental salad with crispy chicken .They had no crispy chicken.so burger was it but it was so greasy.I actually used a paper towel to hold the burger.another problem was the music . It was so loud we couldn't even hear each other. No conversation between the two of us . Even the bartender was hollering. It was stupidly loud. We did not have a pleasant dinner experience at all.

Went to the bar and all I seen was dirty cups everywhere all over the place. Bartender touching money dirty cups ice and then serving drinks. I was kinda disgusted then staff standing around gossiping about 7 staff when there is a mess in the eating areas dirty cups everywhere plenty to do attend to customers more something then standing around
