The staff are very sweet and courteous. They seem like hard workers. The donuts are just okay. They don't put enough frosting on the frosted ones, they put way too many sprinkles on the sprinkled donuts, and there is barely any filling in the filled donuts. Honestly, I would rather go to the grocery store or our local mom and pop shop for donuts.

They were so busy when I stopped in this morning however the staff handled it extremely well, they were polite kind and had outstanding communication skills they went above and beyond for our family, keep up the excellent service - the family from Ohio ? ?

While visiting from out of town we stop amd ordered 2 large lattes with skim milk caramel & butter pecan flavor. Upon receiving the lattes we notice how light the drinks were and upon tasting cannot taste any of the espresso. Request if they can be remade or just add espresso because it doesn't taste like it has any. The young lady (possibly new because she seems timid) says okay. She tells the manager our complaint and instead of the manager inquiring what the issue was she yells out "charge them for the espresso" proceeds to walk over to the register to add the charge while she is attending to other customers but never acknowledges us in the drive through what so ever. We pay the fee because we want our coffee and it is of no fault of the Young lady attending to us. We then ask for the customer service number and the manager says it's by the window. As we proceed to take a picture of the information she yells out "they're recordiing us". OBVIOUSLY the customer service skills need major improvement at this location. Never have we ever had such a rude experience and we frequent Dunkin just about daily.

I understand being short staffed I understand getting orders wrong as well. But I'm pretty sure that they neglected to put the right order in there on purpose because they didn't have the right donuts which I would be fine with. If they told me. Yet. I just drove 20 minutes away just to find out that my order was wrong. Tried to call in to fix up the misunderstanding and I never got an answer. I think that the coffee's were great. The donuts that I got I gave to other people because I can't have chocolate. I feel like super pissed off because the bavarian cream one is the only one that I can have that I like and then they gave me a substitute that I cannot have. It would be fine if I could have it and if they told me but they did not. So one star but the chick that sold served me my stuff was great.

The ladies who took my order were great, but the younger blonde girl who made my food was extremely rude. I ordered 5 items, and at first she only gave me 2. The lady who took my order reminded her the rest of my order, so she got all sassy and started to make it while huffing and puffing. But she still left out the 5th item and I told her the last thing was still missing which she made very clear she didn't think was her problem. When she finally got everything to me, I told her "thank you, I'm so sorry," which I don't know why I apologized because I didn't do anything. But I guess I felt like it would maybe make her somehow feel better. But instead she waved her hands at me for me to leave and gave me a really dirty look. I've never actually had someone wave me out of a restaurant like that. It literally seemed like it was out of a movie. So weird. It wasn't like a "hello/goodbye" wave. It was one of those hand flick "you're disgusting, get out of here" waves. I filled out the survey on my receipt before I got my order because the nice ladies who took my order asked if I'd fill it out. I wish I would've waited until I got everything to do the survey because I definitely would've changed my answers based on that girls attitude.

Went to the door and it says DoorDash and mobile inside only. We wanted to go in order and sit can’t even do that. This is like the 4th time this has happen. At this point it’s worth the drive to another location and they had no cooked food available and only like 2 of most

The store says it opens at six but nobody’s being served at 6:30 and there’s been a few times where they’ve had no donuts or bagelsThere are times when service is good and the good good and the night weather times where you wait in line for 10 minutes and you don’t get served
