When I went in there was four workers the girl told me if I could wait there was nobody in there at all I ordered a small fries which was not cooked right they were stuck together I ordered two bowls with the mashed potatoes corn and nuggets which the nuggets looked old

My friend and I stopped in yesterday April 2 around 5pm. We placed an order to dine in. The order was given to us in a take-out box. We went to a table and opened the box. There weren't any utensils. I went to the counter and asked the server for utensils so we could eat the mash potatoes. She said they didn't have any and just shrugged her shoulders. I guess we were supposed to scoop the mashed potatoes out with our fingers and eat them. In checking the order as we left, we noticed that an item we ordered was not in the box. Again, I went to the counter and inquired. The servers just ignored me and worked on other orders. So, we just left. There was trash on the floor back in the cooking area and definitely a "I don't care" attitude by the servers. Someone from the health department needs to inspect the place, and hopefully the franchise owner can find some good employees for the future.

My husband and I wanted to try the new Chizza out, we paid and 15 minutes in the guy came out and said that he was sorry they had to drop the filets in and he didn't know that they didn't have any ready. 30 minutes in a lady came out to offer our money back and said that they would get the food out as soon as possible. Total wait time was 50 minutes, how are you so unprepared for everything especially something new. After this I'm done here, and I will let everyone know since half of tularosa is my family and a third of Alamogordo is my family. The Chizza was just pizza toppings on top of fried chicken all it was was cooking with mama. Not great it was just ok.

The service was just great soon as I pulled up to order was greeted informed with their specials really made it easy to decide a meal for my family as for the food was delicious and hot and full of flavor , the price was well worth it thank you for the good customer service it’s hard to come byWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility was put in with handicap access no issues very accommodating

Food was not upto the mark. Inspire of taking long time to deliver, chicken was still hard and chewy.
Aubrey and the young lady working at this location were awesome!!! Came in earlier and needed my ketchup & mayo that they forgot to put in bag which is normal, since fast food can get busy. On another note, manager Salvador came out & spoke to them very poorly. He treated them as if they were nothing. I give props to these ladies for sticking around, because as a small business owner I would NEVER speak to anyone like that. Very poor management… Mr. Salvador needs to be nicer!

Didn't get a biscuit the lady said she would bring me one in 5 minutes and never did and the gm he is a dick he was about to give me a raw biscuit
