“They lost my order. When I ask what happened to my food. I gave them my number but that wasn't good enough. They made me find my receipt to prove I had ever made an order. I don't think it is McDonald's policy to call your customers liers. Furthermore, after I produced the receipt they lied to me about the 15 minute wait being because they were waiting for fries for a happy meal. This was after they couldn't find my order and made me produce my receipt.“
“I’ve never seen a McDonalds employee go so above and beyond. This nerdy cashier dude is really killing it here. When. No one was in line he was running out opening the door for people, helping out some regulars with their orders, and accommodating some other customers who had some issues, you’ll know who I’m talking about when you see them. It was really refreshing, plus the food wasn’t too bad either.“
