I had a simple mix up of food not being delivered to the right table after 30 minutes of me not having it I got up and they manager says it’s put at the table. I was given a number and a salad was put at the table, but not the pizza and other things I ordered. I go back and talk to the counter again and this manager just thinks I’m trying to get somthing for free? If you put one food item at a table with the corresponding why not put the others? This is what I was simple trying to ask her. Nope she’s not hear none of that. This lady was so stressed out with normal operations during a rush that she could not handle any other stresses. Customer service needs works.

I've had their pizza a couple of times, and I love their pizza... it reminds me of chucke cheese pizza. And I love chuckee cheese pizza. Inside it was pretty big, friendly staff.

Very average chain pizza. Had some unique New Mexican flair to the topping selection, which is worth checking out, but otherwise tasted like run of the mill american medium crust pizza. Not sure why they advertise Chicago deep dish cause it's nothing like Chicago pizza. Fairly inexpensive, so decent value for the price.Kid-friendliness: Special kid activities section in the seating area

It was... Okay.. we got several pizzas, came to just shy of $100 after tipping the driver.The deep dish, we felt, was not deep. It was honestly just a regular crust.. and the thin crust ones we got were very chewy .. not the beautiful crunchy texture you are expecting with a thin crust.The toppings were very scarce. So you really didnt get all the flavors you were wanting on the pizza you ordered.We didnt get anything but the pizza, prehaps the sides are better.I dont think ill order from here again.

Not much to say. Pizza 9 rocks. Great specials, 50% off for military! and great pizza. Probably the most congenial manager and staff anywhere more than willing to make your event, party, fundraiser a success. We're really lucky to have this in Alamo.
