We decided to try this place again, for breakfast after 25 minutes of waiting and only two other tables with customers, there were at least 5 people plus a new manager all in the back with the cook,we left not feed

Service was great and everything looked clean. But my B.L.T was a miss. The toast was bone dry and hard. The bacon was over cooked. Seemed like it was deep fried instead of cooking it on the grill. And the tomatoes were gross. In my opinion, it's pretty hard to mess up a decent B.L.T. I'll stay home and make it myself next time.

Food was pretty good. Cooks actually know how to make over easy eggs. Service needs a little work. I noticed unless your a regular they kind of ignore you. They socialize with the regulars but I couldn't get a refill on my drinks.

We had enchiladas and the chips were heated. We also had a shake soooo good they even gave us the extra in the shake machine canister.Parking: We were able to get a shaded parking spot in front of the restaurant, good because we take our dogs everywhere.

My husband and I have been going to Rustic Cafe since we moved here in AlamogordoIn Dec, the people are polite as a whole, now we are very disappointed because there are a couple of waitresses that work their tails off, while the new manager appears to do nothing but sit and talk all day with the help. She obviously doesn't know anything about being manager, because if she did then she would know that in order to run a restaurant you have to pitch in and be a team player, today there was only one waitressWaiting on people. This waitress was over whelmed with all the customers she was waiting on plus the fact she also had to clean off the tables, to me this is unexceptableThere should not only be one waitress waiting on a bunch of people, while the others sit and do nothing, and then when it's time to get paid the ones that do all the workdon't get paid what they should and the ones that sit around talking get paid more than the waitresses that do all the work.
