“Subway made some big mistakes on our order and I initially gave them a one star but after re-doing my entire order without complaint and talking to the manager and the girls working there I've changed my stars to a 4. I mean they totally made it right and I came away feeling good about them so I think they deserve a four star rating.Once they put their phone number on their website so people can call them if they make a mistake I'll change them to Five Stars.After all, everyone makes mistakes. It's how you go about fixing them that really makes the difference as to whether you'll eat there again.I will definately eat at this subway again.“
“I took off a star for service, but please don't thinks it's the folks that work here. The good folks that work here are courteous, friendly, accommodating and all around awesome; and the food is pretty good. It's a Subway so the atmosphere is what it is, as well. My gripe is with the phone app and how it interfaces with the local stores. DON'T USE THE SUBWAY APP. The app is very buggy and often messes up your order. The staff is great about trying to make it right, but the glitches with the app are very common now and the errors daily. Save yourself the aggravation and just go into the store to order. Then you can save yourself some drama and ensure you receive exactly what you want.“
“Pretty much your standard Subway experience here. Very busy during lunch, and occasionally dinner. The line moves pretty quick, so that's a plus. Half the staff is really friendly, the other half couldn't give a crap beyond pushing your sandwich down the line and out of their station. I will say the biggest problems I have are the fact that they are always out of something and don't realize it. You run the risk of your favorite bread or a special ingredient being empty on the line, and they yell into the back for a person you're not quite sure exists, only to find out that you need to pick something else. Someone obviously used he last bit of a certain sauce or took the last cookie out of the tray, but it seems to be a big mystery as to whose job it is to put more in. Also, they tend to use the same knife over and over and over without any sort of rotation or cleaning. Those with any sort of allergy or dietary conditions need to understand that their idea of cleaning the utensils used to prepare your items is a casual scrape it two on the side of one of the trash chutes. That said, I've never had a bad experience or bad sandwich there. But you can't help but want a little more out of the experience.“
“After a friend took me to try Brown Bag Deli, I dumped eating at Subway and I haven’t looked back since. The meat and veggies here always taste so fresh and healthy, unlike other sandwich shops that leave produce out all day. Brown Bag Deli is a life-changing experience. This is how subs should always be!“
