If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered a footlong tuna sub, can barely see any tuna! Called several times but no one ever answers (not the 1st time)!!! SO disappointed! Give me my money back!!!

So, I would have to say that the customer service is literally the only thing keeping this place open. They’re pretty much out of everything you ask for. The food is just terrible, the restaurant is dirty, and the bathroom was a mess. Every single table is dirty with dust and some type of debris from previous guest. Almost nothing left in the toppings, and the bread was just stale. The teriyaki sauce is way too sweet now since they changed the way it’s made. They were out of Tea, both unsweetened and sweetened. There is no options for zero sugar… It’s a miracle Jared Fogle even lost a single pound with this processed junk food! The customer service was good, at least with the gentleman serving us. The other guy walked around as if he lost his dog to a car accident or something. The depression was so severe I felt I needed therapy now! Just needs an overhaul or some type of happy music playing or something? Just a dry humorless atmosphere, I feel sorry for the employees!

Overall experience was terrible. I've never seen subway this bad. I placed an online order and when I received it, my sandwich didn't have of the sauce that was supposed to be on it, and no veggies that were ordered. They also never mentioned that they were out of the foot long pretzels that cost $6 all together. My coworkers sandwich didn't have any of the items that he ordered either. When asked about the pretzels they said they could give us an extra bag of chips that only cost $1.80. Absolutely the worst experience! They used to be on their game. There was I time I would have recommended them, now.....not so much. They really need to step it up. Take responsibility and be honest. I'm pretty understanding, but they tried to hide the fact that our sandwiches didn't have anything on them. If you don't have 80% of what's needed to make a sandwich, be honest and maybe cut the customers a discount.....No bueno.

Dirty, dirty and more dirty! The servers were bothered to serve. One of them, a Caucasian younger husky guy had dog hair all over his hat and black shirt. The tea dispensers were empty and dirty. Some of the soda selections were dispensing just water. The bathrooms were beyond dirty. The sink looked like one you would find in a boondock gas station with what appeared like black grease smeared on the basin or just never been cleaned. The trash can was overflowing with tissue on the floor around it. It's obvious the kids working there do not care. What's worse is the owners probably don't care either judging by the number of 1 star reviews spanning a years and the conditions remain. If you hire sloths you get sloth service and upkeep. Will never ever return to this dump.

I don't have any pictures, but when I visited the northern subway there were 3 employees in the store and only one was making sandwiches. The two girls couldn't help the guy behind the counter. I didn't want to complain because I thought the girls service would be below standards. I definitely will not go back!?
