Studio apartment all utilities paid by management. Drug dealers and users live inside this building. 29 people have died inside this building. High turnaround of management. Plus building structures is falling apart. Secure access to come inside the building. Homeless people come insideand wonder around the floors. When management gone for the day. 408 is hoarders gabage inside her apartment. Stacked to theceiling. 420 screaming 24 hours a day. Alcoholic walk around the property drunk and can't walk a straight line. The thing good about this SHC they have lots of problems Residents are not acting grown ADULTS.
