My husband: We’d like the BOGO cinnamon sugar pretzel through T-Mobile Tuesday.Worker: That hasn’t been working.Us: Oh? What’s wrong?Worker: Dunno. It just doesn’t work. Maybe it’s “over”?Me: No, it just started on Tuesday. Have you told your manager.Worker: Yes.Me: Ah, so did your manager teach you how to override the system so that you can honor the deal?Worker: No.Me: Did your manager contact corporate so the problem could be resolved?Worker: We’re just letting potential customers know that the deal probably won’t work out.Me: Well, we came here for the BOGO and we’re only buying if the deal works. Came to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday BOGO Reward. The instructions said to hit redeem to get code OR download the app, which I didn't want to do. The store rep made me download, sign up, redeem code in the app, then could not redeem it. Waste of time and energy for some mini-dogs. She even tried to get me to but something that I didn't want, just because she didn't want to make more. BIG FAIL.

My heart broke when I walked in and didn't see Auntie Anne's. My mouth was watering to have one of their pretzels. You can imagine my happiness when I found Auntie Anne's in another location, only to have my heart broken again when I order 2 pretzels and find the pretzels 25% thinner, but 20% higher in price. The flavor I longed for was gone along with the fluffiness. My returning is questionable.

Pretzel nuggets were salty, buttery, and doughy here! Like a fresh pretzel ought to be! The cashier who served me, "Kay G", was very polite and upbeat!
I am revising my entire review because Kay G and Design served me the best dang pretzel minis I've ever had. They were bright and friendly and quick as a whip.
