I stood at the counter for a whole 2 minutes staring at a worker who refused to help me. She just stood there cleaning the counter like a sloth. The way she was acting, she was def off a Xan. I literally just walked away, didn’t wanna deal with a drugged out person. Check your workers for drugs, please.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would definitely do that! I ordered off the website, and the order once received was incorrect. I called and spoke to the store manager, Fernando, and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He rudely he told me to call DoorDash and they would issue me a credit. I informed him I didn't use DoorDash, that I went through the companies website itself. and he told me he didn't know how to give me a credit, and that I could come pick it up. I told him that if I could come pick it up, I wouldn't have placed a delivery order to begin with.He even had the nerve to call me back after our conversation ended to tell me that his employee had put the missing item in the bag, and that I should look again. I informed him that I had looked twice before even calling to let them know that they had not included everything I paid for.Save your time, your money, and don't order from them. Fernando is obviously an older gentleman and you would think that he would know how to handle a customer complaint and give better customer service. Terrible! Terrible!

Worst customer experience. My friend is deathly allergic to DAIRY so we asked for one with no DAIRY on the pretzel. They gave us one with butter, and the manager didn't want to take responsibility. Don't come here if you want ppl to listen to you. The manager was too scared to give his name and Corporate's number. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT

Went to Mall special .. Got Pretzels as always.. drove 45. minutes to get them!! Sent the daughter in she order and paid .. Didn't look at them as we purchased them to eat at home.. I called the mall and they gave me thier direct # 505-888-1915 .. man answered and refuse to speak nice to me.. Told me bring them back if you have a problem. Dam I am in wheel chair and drive 45 minutes to get and this is how they treat you.. I wanted refund for the burned items would gladly pay for the drinks.

Cashier was okay to start after we paid we asked for 1 more cheese dip not knowing it cost extra and he started berating us for asking for free stuff. I would have been willing to pay for it but he was so rude over something so small it was not worth dealing with him. Not going back just to be yelled at over dipping sauce.
