Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you if the food was any good. There wasn't a host to seat us. Nor did any of the staff inform them we where there.

The place was very nice and the waitress tried. The shashimi salmon, tuna, and albacore were good. But the rolls were a big disappointment. They were too large to eat, and some of the ingredients weren't ripe, like the mango in the boston. I'd change what I'd order if I returned, but it isn't likely.

Waited an hour for cook, when arrived explained he couldn’t fit accommodations for a food allergy simply said “we can’t do that today” chicken wasn’t fully cooked cook was rude

I cannot believe this place is so poorly rated. I almost went to a teppan/hibachi place farther away bc of the rating. I may normally have only given 4 stars (bc I don't often do 5), but I want to get the rating up to where it deserves to be! Staff was amazingly friendly! Our table chef was great! And the food was yummy! Will definitely go again.

Be careful here server's will change your tip. We tipped cash here and our server decided to take an additional tip from our credit card.

Waited an hour and a half for a to go order, was told it was a very busy night however upon waiting in the restaurant for over 30min for my order there were multiple empty tables and people getting seated within 5-10min. There was no conversation from a manager or mention about assisting monetarily with an overpriced meal already. Ridiculous customer service, won’t be back

We were there for a total of close to three hours. Took at least 30 minutes to get a menu, another hour and a half to get our food, and then another 30 minutes for the check.Sushi was decent, place was extremely loud and chaotic, and service was super slow.Probably won’t return, maybe for to-go.

My family and I were craving sushi and decided to try this restaurant for dinner. We got seated almost immediately (5 adults and 2 children)~ which is probably the only pro I can think of for this restaurant. From the moment we sat down (without menus) it all went down hill from there. My family waited for a while without menus so my brother in law had to physically go and ask a waitress for menus. We finally ordered, but we just felt like we had to physically go and get their attention more than once. When the food finally came out it was mediocre--def had better. Also, I found a piece of hair almost woven into the sashimi in my Chirashi don and let the waitress know. She then brought out a new Chirashi don as a replacement, but when it came time to pay for the check they had charged us for two Chirashi dons. I had to physically go up and ask the "manager" why we were charged twice. She advised it was an accident but seemed highly distracted/nervous during our conversation and did not seem apologetic. If we didn't catch the extra charge then they would've just got free money--not acceptable. It made me wonder how often these "accidents" happen. ***Also, tip is already included in the total so we didn't even have the option of how much tip we wanted to give Overall summary~ Pro: -seated quickly -one of the waitresses was nice Con: -slow service -mediocre food (with a side piece of hair if you like) -tried to charge us an extra dish and didn't seem that apologetic when we called them out on it

Very hot and humid if you order at grill.our chef was quiet and boring no special effects just cooked and didnt speak to us. We looked around and every other chef was giving a performance above exceptional.Our server (Eddie) made the whole experience worth it.Eddie goes above and beyond for guests very welcoming, respectful and totally fun to be around we had a party of 5 and he did amazing with our 3 children. If your visiting there paseo location and want the best service you've ever had at any restaurant in America, Then ask for Eddie!

My server seemed to care more about his tip than his service . (As a waiter for more than 20 years, I know service is where it starts, (for good or bad, the tips is out of your control anyway).
