Checked on Google how late they were open. It says 10 pm mind you I come at 8:30 pm and they look closed ... I try to get down but nope closed.. this is not the first time this has happened... Maybe change the hours on Google website.. very inconvenient for people. Or maybe get people who want to work. Rant over.

We walked into the place and nobody even said hello or even acknowledged us, we sat there for a bit then our sever came up to us, while we were ordering she kept telling us that they didn't have what we wanted, they didn't even have hot fudge. She was very rude and the staff wasn't wearing gloves and had ice cream covering their sleeves. Do not go here.

There were 4 employees working when we stopped in, and not one bothered to say hello or acknowledge us. We waited for a few minutes while 3 of them talked to each other and didn’t bother to come over and help us. Just as we were about to walk out, we finally got noticed. Several of the ice cream selections were empty and not replenished, and the customer service from the teenage staff was severely lacking. Don’t waste your money or time coming to this location.

I don’t know why I even attempt to come here anymore. How are you an ice cream store that is always out of so many of your ice cream flavors, and can’t make a milkshake in under 10 minutes.

First time in this location and it was very dirty & unsanitary. All of ice cream in their containers appears to be melting. There were no doughnuts nothing and no on greeted me. When I question about the ice cream the worker just shrugged.

Friendly staff clean store was too hot in the store my ice cream malted faster then I could finish it.
The workers there are really great and friendly. But they were out of the basic ice creams like vanilla rocky road.

I waited 15 minutes for them to tell me they were out of everything I wanted. I ordered a banana split, no nuts or fudge sauce, sub caramel. I got my sundae with just the ice cream, the banana, and sprinkles. No caramel. I’m also pregnant so I’m going to cry about this. Thanks Baskin-Robbins.I hate you, just as much as I hate sprinkles

Super disappointed the last 3-4 times i have gone to this location at all times of the day and they never have toppings to put on the ice cream. So you can’t order a sundae or banana spilt.

Never again, I should have known better. I place an order for a cake on Monday May 8th for pickup on May 13th. The guy gets all my information, and says if they can't make it there that they will go to the Central store and he will pick it up himself. So today May 12th, I stop by to confirm my order for pickup tomorrow and they tell me they can't do it. I don't see couldn't they have called me to tell me earlier in the week. Now stuck trying to find a cake for this weekend. They have done this 2 or 3 times in the past, show up and no cake, or lost the order. Definitly don't recommend this store, not only do they lose orders but customer service is not good either.
