Went to get a juice and I’m on a strict eating regimen so I can’t have certain things. When I asked the owner to take out a couple ingredients or accommodate he was not having it and was very rude about it. I took my business to squeezed and they were very delightful and accommodating to my needs I will be going to squeezed from now on

The owner lacks serious customer service skills. Wasn’t greeted upon walking in and the owner had an attitude. When I received my drink it was like watered down grass way overpriced! Won’t be returning.

I went here with my sister today and we waited in line for about 15 minutes because he was making drinks for a large group of about 6 people. When it got to our turn we tried ordering and the guy working says to us that he can only make one "complex" drink and that we either pick something different or only one of us gets a drink. We ordered off his menu, without any changes to the recipe. They were two blended smoothies. It made no sense. Maybe remove the item of its "too complex." There was also only one person behind us. Spend your money elsewhere.

I wanted to buy 2 smoothies for my wife and I and I knew Beets was local so I intentionally went there to support local businesses. With that being said, I told him which 2 smoothies I wanted and he told me “No, you can have one or the other”. He insisted I choose another from the menu because the smoothies I picked were “difficult and time consuming” but I was the only one in line... I almost walked out but I really thought my wife would like that particular smoothie. I ordered it and he had it out in about 2 minutes. He was rude and I’m pretty sure he’s the owner. I will not be returning and will stop recommending to everyone.

Got done working out at planet fitness saw this shop came in and was treated so rude , I had questions about different protein and he kept telling me not to look around . Didn't amswer my questions amd 7$ for a mediocre shake not knowing what ingredients he really added since he didnt listen at all .. I suggest you avoid this rude mans shop.

Nothing to write home about. Smoothie tasted like water down slushy. I ordered the blueberry banana. I was also told that you can not change the menu flavors. They're "set menu" they only have single fruit blends and 2-4 actual combined blends. Insane for a smoothie spot, can't pick and choose what fruits you want?! a lot of potential but definitely not coming back.

I don't leave reviews much but have been here so many times and have had the same experience every time. This place is amazing and the smoothies are so fresh but the owner is terrible. There is so much potential for this smoothie bar with a different owner or some decent staff. I go in to get smoothies after the gym but every single time the owner is snarky and is so unhelpful. This time he told me he "can't make the smoothie" I had asked about and when I asked if he could at least make me something with pineapple or if that's what he was out of in that particular smoothie he said "tell me what you want off the menu and I'll tell you if I can make it". He doesn't even greet people when they walk through the door. There is a for sale by owner sign on the door, I hope somebody else buys this business and turns it into what it's worth without the owner.

The juices here are delicious, but the customer service need some serious work! Let's start off with the customer service and then work our way into the rest of the experience. I stopped here after having a long flight to Albuquerque NM filled with maskless passengers who were coughing the entire flight like a symphony of Rottweilers. I felt compromised and figured that I needed a juice to rejuvenate my body, and to add an extra layer of protection. I found this place and was pretty excited to stop in! Upon arriving inside the owner looked at me and did not say a word. I grabbed a water bottle to go and then headed to the register to order a juice as well. Upon seeing that I had a water bottle, the owner looks at me and says "Don't open it if you cannot pay for it". This threw me off, and at the moment I wanted to walk out of the store. I responded "Come again?!" & he replies "I said that because people come in and open bottles knowing that they cannot pay." My final response was "Why would I grab a water bottle knowing that I cannot pay for it?! I am not those people." He apologized! The owner seriously needs customer service training. No one wants to buy from an establishment where they don't feel welcomed, or if they feel discriminated against. Eventually he warmed up, and we had a great conversation. He is from Egypt originally and has had his business for 8yrs. Now the juice was off the chain! It was vibrant and made me feel like I was filled to the brim with sunshine! The hazy feeling that I had disappeared and I felt healthy and well afterwards! Improve the customer service, and couple if with the great juices and your establishment will earn a 5 star rating. Cheers!

He was very rude to me and all I wanted was a smoothie. There wasn't even anyone else in the store. That kind of attitude will not get you far!

The owner was quite rude. Will not return to this business. He must have clientele who keep him in business and he may treat them well. He made clear to me in a condescending statement that he did not need me to tell him what goes into my drink. I was only saying what I saw on his menu. Well that was it for me. Never again do I need someone to talk down to me while I am trying to patronize his business. Just rude.

The juice is outstanding fresh pressed as you can watch them. There is plenty of places to sit. You can watch tv or just hang out. The place is clean and tidy. It is a nice friendly place to get your healthy drink.
