I have always like the hot dogs but their “footlong” hotdogs are only 9-inches now. Their 6-inch foot longs are only 4-inches. The price almost doubled and the hot dogs got smaller and skinnier. I know we are in a crazy economy but if your sign says footlong, serve a footlong. Won’t be going back there.

Very good foot long chili dog. Pretty fast service. For a place called The Dog House there weren't many varieties of hot dogs. You are limited to chili dogs or hot dogs with mustard. You can also get a burger if that's what you want.

Best chili dogs in the state. I miss the seating inside, great vibe, but the food is on point! Staff is always outstanding, and they are accepting cards now!

Worst chili dog in my entire life! The chili sauce was saturated with black pepper. Well you can imagine what that can do to the intestinal track.

We didn’t wait long before our waitress took our order and the food came out quickly. Definitely messy eating but the hot dog was hot and yummy. The sauce has an enchilada vibe flavor with a lingering heat. Worth going to again. Pleased with our experience!

Great food and good service. Aesthetics leave a lot to be desired, but don't be fooled by the looks of the place - the food is great. A typical southern meat & three restaurant that offers a big menu. Also has hand-scooped ice cream, shakes, sundaes and frozen treats.

This place is a great example of why I’m choosing chain businesses over small businesses. Show up well within posted business hours, many cars in parking lot, people being out food and taking payment, only to be told “we are closed, not enough workers”. Well, I guess their business is doing so well they don’t need customer patronage.

We have been going to the Dog House for over 40 years. Came into town and stopped yesterday for chili chees dogs & onion rings - the dogs we really thin and tasteless. The chili was still good, but hardly any of it, and the dogs were stuck to the papers making a BIG mess. The onion rings were greasy but still pretty good. The prices have gone up and the food has really gone down in quality and quantity.

Both my corn dog and hot dog were cold and flavorless. The Dog House Neon sign was very nice and love the wagging tail. Excellent Customer Service.

Wow! I wanted to go to a Breaking Bad locale, but I did not expect this food to be so delicious. The chili has the perfect amount of heat, and this might be the best hot dog I’ve ever had. So effing good!
Hotdog House has great hotdogs, burgers, exceptional shakes, and excellent fries. Enjoy a lunch here. Helpful ladies wait on you in your car. It’s not obvious so be patient, they will find you. We ordered standing outside the car and ate at a picnic table in the shade of the building. Small parking lot. But well worth the effort.

We checked in Google and on their Facebook site. They said they were open. Travelling through and went off our route, looking forward to eating here. Closed at 5:30pm when we arrived. Disappointing.

We came here for the nostalgia of rt. 66 but also Breaking BAD! I was under the impression that you walked up to order~ signage on windows informed us that it is only a car hop and eat in your car! Our Lady was super sweet and very tentative since we were not locals and didn't know the ins and outs. She was able to take credit card and cash right out of her pouch! They do care other items besides Hotdogs (even though if your going get the dogs!) Burgers, corndogs, chicken, chili, Fritos Pie and all the sides needed with drinks and floats.

Was looking for something simple, nothing over the top to have for lunch. I spotted this little site out of the corner of my eye. Drove around the block to get back to it and glad I did. Server came to my vehicle very quickly with a smile. Took my order and within minutes I had one of the best footlong chili cheese dogs and a shake I've ever had! While eating my meal in their parking lot, there was a steady stream of cars driving up and picking up their call-ahead orders as well as others like myself parking for a bit to enjoy. Don't pass this place by. ( no indoor seating)
