Went through the drive through this morning. Was an okay experience.However. I did NOT get what I ordered.When I order a #5 with extra bacon I kinda expect the extra bacon. My burrito only had 2 slices in it so no extra and the egg was completely missing. How???At least they remembered to put the Red on the side.

Today we tried the new Lottaburger on Kirtland, AFB. We had finished a VA appointment and was driving home so we decided to go through the drive thru. We live right outside the base and are home in about 10 minutes. Our oder was 2 hamburgers, a onion ring and french fry order. The order when we got home was stone cold. The fries a greasy mess that bent like wet noodles. The buns were old. We put the food in a "warming oven" for about 20 minutes. I wound up throwing the fries out and the burgers were still mushy and barely edible. We will try this one more time ordering from the counter. If the food is bad again at least we can talk to the manager and get our money back. This is the worst take out order we've had in many years. Where is management?

LOTA Burger New Mexico Style! The Chocolate Cheesecake Milkshake tasted like medicine but they remade it for me without the cherry syrup

For a brand new fast food place on a military base, it is pretty good. Burger tastes great, seasoned fries are good and crispy even when getting it to go.It's refreshing to have something different than the normal eateries on base.Recommend going before 11 as it's the new place to eat and it's quite busy. Give it a few weeks/months to calm down if planning to go for lunch.

Service was great and there was plenty of seating available. It is nice to have another option for on base dining later in the evening, especially considering how early the food court restaurants close. Fries were a little under seasoned and the burger was ok. They are definitely working through the kinks of a grand opening, but everyone was busy and working hard!Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options outside of the fries. Not recommended for any vegetarian.

They just opened on base and what an opening! They have a great and dedicated staff toward helping provide the base with great service. The food was made well, tasted great and provided in a quick manner. A great spot to visit for any meal of the day or snack in-between.Parking: 60 parking spots
