I am a long time customer. My first time to the lomas and Louisiana store. I love the brkfst burritos but was sorely disappointed by the service this morning. The "manager" totally got my order wrong and was very rude telling me it was my fault for not checking my ticket! I left w a burrito that was not what i ordered and w out my drink. So, when Blake's is good, it's really good, but lately, it hasn't been great. My chief complaint is that typically, the hash browns are raw in their breakfast burritos. My in-laws seem to like raw potatoes for breakfast, as well, so maybe it's a New Mexico thing, but where I come from, I want cooked and crispy hashbrowns in my burrito, so for now... we do Golden Pride. And don't think I didn't notice that Blake's only responds to good reviews. It's sad when companies can't take...read full review

This is the first time I'm visiting a Blake's, and it wasn't a great impression. This one had plenty of parking, and there was a drive-thru. The restroom is only accessible by asking an employee to unlock the door.
