I used to enjoy Blaze, but for me a company is judged by how well they handle problems. I bought dinner, pizzas of course, and dessert for everyone, a bunch of cookies. Much to my dismay, they didn't have the cookies. No problem, just refund, right? No, they gave me vouchers. My mistake of course was not insisting right then and there for a refund, but I didn't have my receipt on me and was in a hurry so I went home and checked. Not only were the vouchers not enough to cover the cost of of the cookies, but they were 6 months expired! I contacted customer service through their website, heard back initially with a heartfelt apology, a notice that they would let the GM know and verification of the email I used to submit the order (you mean the one I was emailing from?) and they would issue a full refund. Only problem is from that point on I got ghosted. I heard nothing from anyone. I tried contacting them again, nothing. It may have only been about 15 bucks, but the lack of interest in correcting the issues is astounding. I'm not looking for anything over the top, just pay me back for the items I didn't get. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Pizza was not made correctly at all, I was shorted 2 of the toppings I was asking for and pretty much just got a pizza with just sauce and doe. I couldn’t go back to fixed this due do I had to get back to work. I won’t be going to blaze pizza for a while. Really

By far a must to enjoy a nice pizza while being the company of those you love. Right price for the best experience. Hardly a wait but worth it regardless. Sure to visit again. Blaze Pizza surely leaves you in a daze!

Ordered pizza online and ws supposed to be ready at 1207. I finally got it at 1230. There was only 2 people working at the time so they were buried and doing there best I guess. Pretty disappointed.

I think blaze is the best bang for your buck pizza in all of ABQ. I especially liked my experience this evening because Mari made my pie with expert precision and outstanding customer service. Service like this is what’ll keep me coming back again and again.
