I LOVE THE BOBA HERE. it's soo good, i would say that sometimes they do not have boba but it's rare when they don't.

My favorite boba shop! The staff is always welcoming and friendly and my drinks are always made perfectly! They have a huge menu with many different options. I always get the OC but I also recommend the Vanilla Blues! If you’re ever looking for a new place to get drinks from, Boba Tea Company is the best!

They've really gone down hill in quality while their prices continue to increase. The final straw for me was when they told me they no longer let the public use restrooms (we had already bought our drinks). I had to take my five year old somewhere else just to use the restroom.

Went with my 3 year old niece and ordered 3 drinks . I asked to use the restroom since she had to go. They said no that it's closed to the public but we can go to Jinja restaurant across the way. I had to since she can't hold it. I just can't believe they wouldn't let her use it we did buy several drinks. Thank you Jinja for letting her use it and we didn't even buy anything.

It's weird because I remember trying this place when I first moved here a bit over a year ago and it was not great. But I randomly tried it again recently and was able to get the perfect order for me. The Jazzie with cold foam.Great milk tea flavor, great milkly flavor but you can tell its tea as well. The boba is nice and sweet and bouncy. Definitely over took my previous to go place to get boba.

Each time I have been to this location , I don’t think the store/employees are practicing minimum safety requirements - the cashier touches the register/credit cards/cash and then starts making the boba tea without washing her or his hands then there’s another person who helps with making the drink but she was just cleaning the floors/touching the dirty floor rugs/doing something else without washing hands. ????!!!! We don’t drink the drinks and finally after enough times, we are compelled to write this review in hopes that the owner or manager (although we don’t have much confidence in the manager either bc he is standing right there and can see all of this going on and doesn’t seem a bit concerned) make major changes. Also the workers all talk while making the drinks which they really shouldn’t when handling drinks/food. We may be compelled to notify the health dept.

Our favorite is the Casanova. The tapioca is fresh and has the right consistency. The drinks are a little overly sweet - they're like dessert, but so good.
