My first Boba experience and it was awesome! Good location, excellent worker (she still served us and brought us drinks even though building was in lockdown mode). Kudos to her, also for assisting in my drink choice.

I have been coming here for years and have NEVER been disappointed! Friendly and quick service everytime! I mean you have to give these boba tea makers some credit because there is usually only one or at max two of them ever in there running the whole store! I order a “cabana boy” which is no longer on the menu and it always satisfies my taste buds. Love boba tea and this location!!

Good boba tea, Americanized, but I'm ok with that. Lots of yummy flavor options like coffee, chocolate, fruity, taro, chai, thai tea, and matcha. I like their seasonal/specialty items too. It can sometimes be a little slow to get your drink during peak times, as there is sometimes a line of 4 or 5 people/groups. I don't recommend drinking it in-store because the blenders that they use to make some of the drinks are quite loud. The price point is pretty reasonable in my opinion, and their rewards system is definitely quite good for me as a relatively heavy user: for every $50 you spend you get $5 off, plus a $10 voucher on your birthday.Dietary restrictions: The cream they use in a lot of the drinks is actually vegan, and it tastes good!Parking: Because it is located in central I often have to park down a side street and walk up the hillKid-friendliness: The smallest size drink would be suitable for kids

Very quick service. Very clean place. A good place to hang out and I was overwhelmed by the variety of Boba available. Eventually ordered the lemon drop with boba and it was super good. Highly recommend.

This was the only boba place near me while I was in Albuquerque so even though I don't love tea I wanted to still come and try it. I personally did not love this place but I know many people will. I don't love tea and because all of the drinks have tea in them it made it harder for me to chose one that I thought I would like. The one I got had black tea in it with boba. I didn't love the drink and I couldn't finish it but that was because the tea flavor was to strong for me. The actual boba is delicious soft and chewy which I loved. I know people that like or love tea would love this place because you can really taste the flavor of the tea. The place it's self was really nice it looked pretty modern and nice the inside was clean and the service was amazing.

I got the cosmo from Boba Tea Company and throughly enjoyed it. Their boba is the perfect texture and was warm (which is a plus). The one complaint I have is that their menu if very confusing, and unlike any other boba shop.Vegetarian options: It’s tea.Kid-friendliness: Vibrant kid friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance without any stairs.

Customer service was HORRIBLE!!! Went to the central location in the evening to get my daughter boba for her birthday and felt rushed to order, no original boba, no friendly service or bathroom available. Do NOT recommend this location. Tea was not as good as other places (watered down). Save your time and money for people who actually care about their customers and can actually make good tea.

We love their drinks and speed of service. The problem we have had several times is when ordering a fizzy drink we end up getting a smoothie blended drink. The drink as a smoothie is good but I prefer the fizzy version. Wish they could give attention to the details on the drink order. We don’t normally say something because we don’t want to waste a drink and we order pick-up usually on our way home from work.
