We ordered takeout from Brixens when our travels recently took us though Albuquerque and as a family a few of us have Gluten and Dairy issues, and they accommodated us beautifully and the food was PHENOMENAL! Would absolutely order it again. The whole trip our family talked about how delicious this meal was!

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. They provide a very high level of customer service and they will customize your food to exactly the way you want it. They even allowed me to exchange the new hat I bought from them when I discovered it was to small in size to fit my head. And the food is delicious. They run on schedule. My to go order was ready at the promised time.

Wow! Can't believe it's taken us so long to eat here! My husband and I prefer vegan and gluten free options, and Brixens was able to offer exactly what we wanted! The veggie patty was delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his tofu steak sandwich. So many great options, and I'm SURE we'll be back! Online ordering was easy, and they brought it to our car when ready. Love this place!!

Brixens is truly a diamond in the rough! The first time I ordered, I was impressed by their outstanding customer service skills! They reached out to verify my order as I had ordered one item vegan and wanted to make sure the rest of the order was correct! Their outstanding service continued while bringing our food to the car when we got there, and went as far as bringing us trays to hold our food when they saw us eating in car. Toni and Ian went above and beyond and are amazing people! I would eat here again based on the customer service alone, but their food is also amazing!!! We had burgers and wings and shakes! All AMAZING! We even ordered a vegan shake for lactose reasons and were so impressed! Couldn't even tell it was dairy free/vegan!!! I'll be back! I highly recommend it to anyone I talk to, especially those with Special dietary needs, as they are very accommodating!
Customer service was AMAZING. We are passing though on our way to Washington and got a hotel nearby. I am allergic to dairy so I basically cant eat at restaurants. I decided to give them a call since they had vegan options and I'm really glad that I did! They told me that they can make me anything I want and be sure that it never touches milk. The food was good, the burger was massive. If you have a dairy allergy, you are safe here. Also, seriously the best customer service.

We have eaten at Brixens twice. Both times have been during the pandemic. The food both times was amazing. There are five people in our household and not one complaint. We have food allergies in the family along with one person being gluten-free. They are highly aware of allergy needs and go above and beyond to make sure the food is handled with care. They put sweet little notes on your bag and all food is labeled so it's easy to know each person's order. Each time they have sent a text to thank us for our business. I would highly recommend trying Brixens. You won't be sorry.

I was traveling from California to Texas and wanted more than some gas station pizza, so I decided to check out Albuquerque! I decided on Brixens because of the great reviews and those reviewers were not wrong. I tried a fried chicken sandwich while my girlfriend had the grilled chicken nachos. Some of the most flavorful food I've had and the service was genuinely kind despite being in this dreadful pandemic. Everything was so good we decided to make it a point to stop by on our way back to California. No mistake made there it was just as good if not better than the first visit we made! All in all the service is great, the food makes you want to come back just for the flavor, and the shakes are on another level of specialty! Thanks for the road fuel Brixens!

My wife and I love this place. Their Burgers are delish and their Onion strings are perfect.They have really great customer service, and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.We love this food, they are a great restaurant with awesome gluten free options. We're going to keep coming back.

The fried pickles w/ Fry sauce & the Hot Honey Burger both exceeded expectations. It was plenty of food to last two meals and was priced very well. They delivered to my car, allowing me to pull up, get my food, and leave.Buying lunch/dinner from Brixen’s is something I highly recommend. So delicious & so convenient.
