I always order via doordash and my wrap is perfect every time! They put cheese on my fries too which is extra love and I really do appreciate it ??

As of 4-30-24 the service has really improved as well as new management is on point!

Place was dead on Tuesday wing day. No physical menus but there is physical drink menus Go figure. Covid is over. Table had dirty dishes stacked and no one picking them up. Waiter seemed like I was bothering him when I placed my order. Overall place seemed dirty and dark. Not impressed.

Walked in with my family, it was so gross there was 14 dirty tables, you have one kid working the floor and no help at all the management came out from the back, stood there did not help clean or help with customers!!! We waited an hour didn’t get drinks our order NOTHING! We walked out, we did thank the one kid working, it’s not his fault he couldn’t do everything!!

Rude waiters, severely short staffed, food comes before drinks, and menu is QR code only!

Came to eat with my family was told to seat ourselves and then after waiting 15 minutes a waitress then just came up to us and pointed for us to order ourselves through the scan code and walked alway. We came out to eat and get service not order our own on an app and then expect to be tipped. We couldn’t get any questions answered and what if we have elders without this options what are you paying the service staff for. Horrible customer service will just have to find a different restaurant for wings that’s have a wait staff that willing to take an order vs. expect the customer to do it all themselves and then expect us to tip you.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Medium and garlic parmesan are the best! Lots of TVs with different sports, and the trivia game is alot of fun.

We went today for lunch and jeffrey was our server. This was the worst service I've EVER had! It took him a good 10 minutes to greet us and I was impressed that he didn't write down the order. Then the food gets dropped off and tells us how everything with the food is wrong. He did not offer to take anything back to fix it so my son took off the unwanted ingredients off his burger with a napkin. I insisted that I needed my wings all flats (as previously ordered). He came back with my plate and threw it in front of me quickly with an attitude. I reminded him that we did not get our appetizers and he rolled his eyes looking at the kitchen as if it was their fault? We were ignored for the rest of our meal until he dropped off the check and said "well my shift is up here is your check". I asked for boxes..waited 10 minutes and had to ask another server. Then he comes by and asks me if I needed an extra box for the chips?! Oh and on top of all that he's the bartender and couldn't seem to fill up my beer to the top! Now I know why this place was dead when we walked in! Management needs to do better at hiring. Jeffrey should be fired.

Was going to dine in you have to scan a QR code for a menu and give a card to order food .I thought this was America and cash was good.

As a server myself, I feel so awful for the servers working at this restaurant. The new system is extremely frustrating and I’m sure this affects the amount of tips they bring in. Why have servers if you’re inhibiting them from doing their jobs AS SERVERS? If Buffalo Wild Wings cares about getting business or if they care about their staff, they may want to revert back to normal.

Really unfortunate that servers aren't given the opportunity to serve table's and make money... The new ordering system is disorganized, visibly frustrating for all of the staff, and causes a longer wait time for patrons. Why order through a QR code when servers are available and probably eager to serve table's and earn tips? I felt terrible for our new server, who was very friendly and trying his very best.

First and foremost, this is not a critique of the staff- the few that were on the floor were working their butts off and doing their best.Came here yesterday, 3/22 at about 12:40p to watch the Lobos Tourney game with my son. One would assume the manager might have realized it would be a busy day and actually properly staffed the restaurant... but that was obviously not the cash. My drink (a draft beer) took nearly 50 minutes and the food- basic lunch specials of deep fried, mediocre food that doesn't really require any skill to prepare, took more than an hour. Why on Earth you'd have just 2 cooks, 3 servers, and a single bartender on a day that promised to be busy comes down to horrible mismanagement. I noticed almost every table was also missing items, waiting on refills, getting incorrect orders, etc. Also, what corporate genius came up with the idea of getting rid of actual menus? Seems ridiculous.Again- do those who worked that shift and definitely tried their best, thank you. To management and corporate? Do better.

Who is the management moron that dreamed up the new policy of scanning the QR code on your table to order your food? After getting our food I asked the waitperson if this policy affected their bottom line, and she told me it was not in their favor. Luckily the food was good, because the place was dirty, and the men's room looked as though a Typhoon had swept it.Another example of management passing on their team. Not going back.

No menues? You have to scan the QR code on the table? Whats that all about? I like to come into a restaurant and look at a menu! The picture is of my beer at Buffolo Wild Wings after the head had fizzled out. I dont know about you, but when I order an 18-oz beer, I want 18 oz's of beer. I asked the bar tender to top it off, and she said they allow 1" of head. That's more than 1" of head there if you ask me.Then the wings came. They didn't have much sauce on them, had to ask for more. Frown.THEN to top it all off, they wanted me to pay from my phone not by my waiter!Sorry corprate but tell you millennial marketing directors that if your numbers are low..its bc your taking the human touch out of your business!I certainly won't be back till this changes!

I don't know when the business model changed or if it is just this BWW but there was no one to sit you down and you place your own order on the phone. They can also place the order on a tablet they have. It is a weird complain to have but the food out came out too fast. Almost like the food is sitting there and they reheat it. Also, it's really bothersome that the app would ask you to tip (mandatory) yet where is the service? We had to leave a minimum tip of 10.
