I always eat at this location because it’s close to work n home n today I was approached by the manager because me n my grand daughter outside after we paid for our food today n either a individual or customer making fraudulent claims of character that I was loitering n asking for money from customers n I had a receipt for our meals n stepped outside till finished first of all I am employed for the state of Nm n I am not homeless or would I loiter or ask customers for money for the manager to approach me stating that slandering claims I told him I’m not coming back to this location anymore n he tells me don’t come back I’m reporting him to my legal advocate n my boss in legal see u in court manager have a better day n unless u got evidence In any allegation u can’t treat customers that way who paid customers for anyone’s claims or allegations not true

This is the second time I’ve ordered takeout from here. They have gotten my fries order wrong every single time. This time I ordered two sets of wings and only got 1 ranch for a 12 piece. Then my fries are original despite the circled added seasoning on the ticket.

Terrible service. I ordered online, came to the restaurant like an hour later, was waiting in lobby for a good 7 minutes nobody paid attention nor helped me, had to call and say I’m literally in the lobby waiting to pick up an order, only then did they come ask name on order! Then another 8 minutes passed until I was finally given my order that I ordered 1 hour ago!! I ordered 10 wings, got home and there were only 9. I was already running low on time and didn’t think to check the order. Never coming here again.Should’ve gone with the regular. Wings stop never fails me this bad.Also want to add that one of the wings had a really weird stuff, feathers on it.

Worst Buffalo wild wings. I’ve been in Albuquerque me and my boyfriend and my brother we went this afternoon around 2 o’clock something and the server at first was nice and then she told us that we could sit anywhere and she took almost 10 minutes to come and grab our drinks and tell us that we have to place an order online and pay our bill online when I’ve been to different locations And I’ve never had to Experience this or do this unfortunately my boyfriend only had cash and $25 dollars in he’s card and we let her know and at first she got mad, but then while she was walking away, she told my boyfriend that she could take our order that it was gonna be an exception. I don’t know what that even means but that was definitely rude and then after 10 minutes, she finally came and gave us our drinks. We ordered an appetizer and then she left in a rush because she was the only server that I saw the whole entire time. I was there that was working besides the manager and I did not see any other person and then we ordered 10 traditional wings and 10 boneless wings and a chicken sandwich and two side of fries and 3 drinks. After we were done, I try to grab her attention like 2 to 3 times and she was definitely ignoring me after the fourth attention, she finally saw me and came to my table and I asked her if she could bring me a box and my bill she said OK and left. She came back five minutes later and the bill was $69 and some change I asked her if she could charge me $60 in cash and the rest in card. I gave her the $60 in cash and my boyfriend‘s card because he only had like around $25 on his card and she left and then she came back and I got a;notification on my phone that she charged me $22 dollars I asked her and she told me that I guess she grabbed the tip from my card when I definitely did not approve of that. She charged me the 18% of tip without my approval. I asked her that I wanted to speak to the manager, and she ignored me when I told her that, and then I proceeded to tell her that I wanted my receipt from what she charged me and she just walked away. we ended up leaving because there’s no point of arguing and fighting with these people and I’d rather just take it to HR but it’s not fair that this happened to us I’ve never experienced this in any other restaurant I’ve been here in Albuquerque. I will definitely not come back to this Buffalo wild wings because this waitress is a scammer I left. I waited to get home. I called the store to talk to the manager and the manager did not wanna try to get my money back or anything he just told me that I guess somebody named Josh was gonna come on Monday and I can talk to him and give him my experience. Are you serious? What kind of manager are you and plus I wouldn’t be surprised if this waitress has done it to other customers. Please avoid at any cost this Buffalo wild wings and go to the one in Montgomery because Its literally 10 times better and there’s no scammers there and they will definitely not do this. I’m mad and upset and I just want answers.

This place is definitely in need of some tlc. It’s pretty beat up from the podium with chipping paint to the beat up furniture in the restaurant. We waited at the front podium for a few minutes before someone came to seat us in the pretty empty restaurant.There were probably about 6-8 tables used on a Sunday at noon. First there’s no menus. You have to use a smart phone to get the QR code for an internet menu. Not everyone has a smartphone or is tech savvy. They’re still apparently working in Covid times. Get with the program.We ordered some nachos, a sampler & some pretzel bites. These should be safe right? Nope. About 20 minutes later as we opened the door to the house we rushed to the bathrooms. As this was the only thing we ate thus far, it’s safe to assume that it was the food. Not good at all.The server was nice but could have been more attentive. We did end up having to use the QR code to get & pay our bill. I will not be returning anytime soon.

My waitress was awesome. However, my food gave me the runs really badly, just 20 minutes after I left the restaurant. I ordered mild and lemon pepper wings only, and it tore my stomach up. I guess they gave me bad, expired chicken wings. I hope it is not food poison ?

I would love to give a zero star to this location.I spoke to the manager (5 min ago) about my order not being completed. Besides the horrible customer service, I was on hold for more than 10 just to be mistreated. This was not a consumer’s mistake and I really hope that companies like this can take accountability for their bad service.My recommendation is:- have better pay for employees so that they can commit to their work professionally.-invest on your training.-Change your brand’s reputation so that employees can feel proud to represent you.Food is average freezer quality ?Don’t waste your money here, there’s better choices around!.

I understand Saturday is a busy time to go and even more with a baseball tournament in town and March Madness playing on the TVs. But that does not mean the food should be so bad. My brother ordered a chicken salad, and I know this sounds crazy but it was so salty. The dressing was awful, and the chicken and salad were drenched in it. My sons wings lacked sauce, but the wings my dad had made up for it. Going out as a family is not cheap. Nothing really is anymore, so to go spend so much money, and then 3 of the 5 of us end up spending the whole night on and off the toilet is not what I planned.
