Probably the worst buffalos Ive been to. We go in there to watch the fights and have some beer and food but they have to “reset” and kick everyone out for an hour before the main event starts ? Worst management ive seen so far. There was only about 10 of us and they still kicked us out

This location takes insanely forever. I waited an hour and a half to two hours just for wings n fries and they were not busy at all.

The wings had the taste and consistency of cardboard topped with sauce. They were dry and tough. On the other hand, the celery was delicious!

We only come here for the blazing wings. We like to watch our Sports on the TVs and just enjoy the Spicy Wings. However, each time we show up we always say "Maybe this time we will get good service" but it never happens. Tonight I was Taking photos for Google reviews. I am a pro-photographer. So instead of just snapping a photo with our phone, I use our "Actual" camera. I set my photos up in a well lit area which is normally the bar. The manager comes out and asks me "What are you doing". I didn't think it would be hard to figure out that I am taking a picture of food. He said "I was just wondering because you had your camera at weird angles." I have never seen a manager ask why a customer is taking photos, or what are they taking photos of. I am taking good quality pics and getting treated like I am doing something wrong. This time we mean it. Never coming back. Service sucks. Management is paranoid (of what, who knows.) Absolutely Done. So here is One Last Good Photo. No wonder why it's always dead. By the chairs have sharp edges from the paper peeling off.

My family and I ate here on Saturday, March 23rd and our server was Felisha. I want to say first and foremost, Buffalo Wild Wings has declined in all aspects in the past couple of years, and it isn't the first place we would choose to go, but we decided to put our doubts aside for the chipotle bbq dry rub! We went in definitely hesitant and skeptical, but ended up leaving satisfied and well taken care of. Our server, Felisha, was phenomenal. She was present, helpful, prompt, incredibly sweet, and took great care of my family and I. She was so friendly towards my toddler, and made him smile from ear to ear. We absolutely loved her service, and her attitude. She is the complete opposite of what we are used to when we order from BWW. She is a gem of a worker, and I am happy to have gotten to meet her to let her know that she was amazing. I don't know who does the hiring, but Felisha deserves a raise AND promotion! She should be the standard at BBW because she set the bar high! We loved her and we have nothing but positive feedback for her. We will for sure be going back to the Coors Buffalo Wild Wings!

Our server was pretty nice, but only brought drinks, otherwise you have to order food and pay your ticket with your phone from the QR code, which would've been fine if it worked, but it deleted our order so it was just annoying. The table and walls were filthy. My friend got a wing that was so disgustingly over fried it broke into dusty bone and she had to spit it into her napkin. The "side of veggie sticks" was a joke --two flimsy celery sticks and some baby carrots dumped out of a package when we ordered 15 wings. Expensive and disgusting. Will not return.

Young man sat us then disappeared only got a drink menus in the dining room ended up leaving after a bit because no one ever came to the table and we didn’t even get menus no wonder you hardly have any customers, and there was not one person on the floor

My husband and I tried BWW for the first time yesterday. We were unaware of the Super Bowl free wing thing at the time. Our waitress was lazy and terrible! She said they were having people order themselves online and that she would do us a courtesy by putting in our appetizer, which she never did, so we decided not to go ahead and get it because we had already ordered online by the time we found out she never put it in. After we ordered, my husband realized that she was putting in orders at other tables, specifically if they were tables full of men! Other waiters were also taking people’s orders. On top of that, it was after we ordered that the individuals next to us inform us about the six free wings per person. I can understand that it would be the customers responsibility to be aware of something like that, but it was really a blow after the lack of care from our waitress. To be fair, I will add that the man who brought our food from the kitchen was really nice and he was also walking around cleaning tables and helping people at various table’s (he was NOT a manager), something the wait staff could have been doing themselves because, at that time, the restaurant was not busy. I will not spend my money again at a restaurant that requires us to put in our own order. In my opinion, that is a very poor choice for a business and just says that the company is to cheap to provide good customer service. It also gives an already lazy employee the excuse to be even lazier.

Worst BWW I've ever been to!!! They barely put any sauce on the wings, the staff is incredibly rude and they make you use a qr code for the menu!!! My 81 year old dad asked for a paper menu and the waiter acted like he never heard of one! I see why there's only 3 tables of customers eating on a holiday that most other restaurants have people waiting to get a seat

If I wanted to order from my phone I would do door dash. Got up and left not one person even greeted us. Went Nextdoor to Gardunos and spent double for better service and food.

I've been to plenty of BWW's, so I know what to expect. The bartender was super nice and very attentive. Beer was refilled quickly when close to empty. Good conversation and Friendly service. She was amazing. Gotta fault the food though. It was fine, tasted as expected but I order the sampler fairly often and as I said I know what to expect. This sampler platter had some issues, first off it did not have the correct sauces that come with it. The nacho portion was super small and the chicken on it was kind of cold. Also the amount of onion rings seemed lacking as well. If you're going to charge what you do for a sampler, load that thing up! All in all still great service just not meeting standard.

I picked up some food here on Superbowl Sunday at approximately 4:15pm. There were about 7 or 8 parties waiting for their food. A lady approached the counter and asked the cashier if her order was ready yet and stated she had been waiting for over 30 minutes and that she had placed her order "a long time ago" the cashier (had dark hair was heavy set) was very confrontational with the customer and told her "your not the only one that placed your order, all these people did too etc" the cashier was pretty much yelling at the customer. She had a loud angry tone in her voice. The poor customer wasn't argumentative and was leaving when the cashier yelled "THAT'S WHY YOU DON'T ORDER WINGS ON SUPERBOWL!" before storming to the back. I was shocked as many of the other customers seemed. This cashier seemed very overwhelmed, aggressive and provided very poor service to this customer. I had also overheard that the cashier had given her misinformation about her order. Then issued a refund or something when she didn't want a refund or something. I didn't hear the full story. However I think this rep misrepresented this BWW location.
