Only in Albuquerque, you have to buy something to use the restroom. I might’ve picked up a delivery for DoorDash, but he would never know cause Ihave to buy something to use the restroom. Go next door to Jersey Mikes they have better customer service !

I went in the other day and received an order that was wrong. I said nothing. I checked it out to an accident…. However, we went back a few days later I ordered chicken fries, I received ghost pepper fries when I went back through the line the man was extremely nasty with me and called me a liar, saying that’s what I ordered when I infact did not, so I proceeded to call him the liar amongst other names, after he gave me regular chicken fries that look like they had been thrown on the floor and put in a box…Keep in mind these were for my young children, if people can be that nasty when you are giving food to children, they are monsters and creeps; avoid this place at all costs . The atmosphere is dirty and demolished, the worker had lack of customer service, lack of integrity, lack of accountability. Those are NOT characteristics you want in someone preparing your food.May God have mercy on the fools who mess with children’s food. He said why I was so rude to service workers: I’m rudeTo anyone who puts children in danger. Making them sick is putting children in danger.

Management is a joke here. After the service I received here from a "manager" and other employees, I'll never buy anything from BK again.Don't order online, they will give your food to other people without even checking your name or anything then not replace your food and make you go online and wait a week for a refund and another horrible customer service experience. Rather go to McDonald's, or Bob's burgers.

We placed a order with the burger king app, showed up to get our order and was told it was already picked up. Showed my order, and proof I was the one who placed the order and was treated very poorly, dismissed even, told to contact customer service. They don't care if the right person picks up the order, customer service takes 24-48 hours to contact you. What about the meal for my child???? I needed the order we placed They messed up yet won't do anything about it. Enjoy my credit card dispute! Manager is a joke and isn't a real manager, customer service is the worst I've ever had in any food place/restaurant/fast food.. anywhere.

Pulled up to the drive thru because the inside is being remodeled I was rushed while ordering when I got to the window the guy I’m assuming is the manager was even more rude he dang near threw the food at me I wanted to check my food and make sure my order was correct before driving off the guy looks at me and tells me too check it somewhere else he has cars behind me I politely informed him I am a customer too and would like to be treated as such his attitude was horrible after driving off I decided to turn back around and get my money back and I let him know I will spend my money somewhere else where the customer service is better!!!!! Times are too hard to spend money with a place that doesn’t appreciate you BURGER KING DO BETTER
