The hash rounds and the chicken in the chicken biscuit tasted like they were cooked in very old oil. The taste is pretty nasty and hard to get out of your mouth. The hash rounds were also overcooked. You can do better.

We waited for 38 minutes to get our food because there were only two people working, neither of whom appeared to even be 18. This is 100% management failing to adequately recruit, retain, and train a minimum staff. I don't know if the franchisee is too cheap to pay a competitive wage, or if he doesn't pay attention to or care about his business, but this level of screw up takes willful incompetence from the top.
