Some of the best red chile sauce i have ever had!The girlfriend and I had it for the first time with a burrito as a late snack and the extra hot does have good flavor along with some good heat!Would definitely recommend for those new to New Mexico.Gonna go buy some or what?

I just recently purchased some of the Cervantes Medium Green Chile Sauce @ my local Southlake Texas, Central Market annual Hatch Festival and it is delicious~! I’m hooked! Excellent source of family produced chilies and salsas; recommended...jalapeno(medium). I order these online, because there is no availability here in Florida, and Cervantes makes some of the best readily available salsas in albuquerque, NM.(former resident)
