We eat at Chili's at least one a week. Today the hamburger and chicken sandwich was over cooked. The buns tasted old and stale. The salad was old and tasted old with brown lettuce pieces. It was very disappointing. The manager didn't even bother to come over to the table

The curbside pickup is nonexistent. We ordered two skillet cookies. That’s it. Just two cookies. Shouldn’t be hard, right? A quick trip, right? Not even close. We were waiting in the spot for over 30 minutes. I had to call to ask about the order and they said nothing was brought out because the order wasn’t ready yet…for two cookies!? I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this was just ridiculous.

Tonya is an amazing server and very hardworking I'm very picky and she did everything on point food was great and had all my extras like I asked never had to ask for refills or anything extra ....she's also very quick thanks for your great service ....

Not the Best Chili's and not the worst. It's basically a hit or miss depending on who's working and that's for the service and food. A lot of deep fried foods, for the fingers, and the roasted corn is good and flavorful but has lots of spices and gets my stomach turning for some reason .I don't know why they call it Chili's when there's no chili, it's a good place overall for new diner's, but for regulars it gets old fast
Awful experience. I have the whole transaction recorded. We were left outside for 15 minutes past our scheduled pickup time in the togo order. Our food was cold and disgusting. The ice had melted in our beverages completely. We were ignored inside the to-go and had to look for someone for service. We were not the first ones at the togo parking waiting for our order. The people before us were waiting and had to go inside as well. If we did not go inside to get our food it would have been left there. I verified twice for pickup to which the employee lied and said they did not receive any notification I have the receipt of notification. I highly do not recommend this location to anybody and advise not to use togo orders as to avoid a situation like this. You can verify it on cameras today is January 15th, 2024 at 6:15 p.m. the whole interaction was video recorded. If you have questions about this type of service you'll see the horrible experience shared on social media.

Always have a good experience at this Chili’s. The food was great. The only issue this time was that I wanted chips and guac and they brought me an only a side of guac. I didn’t bother to correct it since the other issue was getting the staff to come back to the table.
